"Um... Alex?" Lexi cleared her throat a little. "Should I be doing something?" She desperately hoped that she hadn't stepped out of line.

Alex shook her head, "No I think we have this. I don't want to put a new demigod under the pressure of holding ablerson's life in their hands, that is just depressing. Leave it to the gods who barely feel pressure and have held a person's life in their hands before. Trust me you don't want to be under that kind of pressure."

"Ok." Lexi nodded, feeling better that she had said something. "Should I go somewhere... or just stay here... or sit down or...." her voice trailed off and she blushed when she noticed the rest of the gods looking at her intently.

Alex shrugged, "I don't care." She frowned and wondered if the girl was treating Alex like she was in charge because she was a god.

"Ok..." Lexi moved to a corner of the huge room and sat down criss cross applesauce on the floor and tried to become as insignificant as possible. "Just let me know if you need me to leave or... anything." She glanced at all the gods around the room.

Alex nodded but mumbled something about humans not being able to think for themselves. She then walked to a dead minor fod and revived him. He smiled and tried to kiss his savior but Alex pulled out her sword and said with a glare, "Don't even think about it." That made him stop snd he stood up befire he walked away.

Lexi giggled a little as she watched Alex deal with a boy who tried to kiss her. He was pretty attractive, but she threatened him with her sword.

Alex glared as the boy walked away, she HATED boys like that the most. They should know she didn't kiss boys, and they should KNOW that she would usually stab then if they tried. She didn't stab that boy because he seemed like an idiot so she gave him a warning. The next time though they might as well be asking to die. She then continued to heal the minor gods.

"I'm the job giver of Aphrodite, so could you bring this to Lynn near the gates?" he asked Lexi, handing her a heart-shaped enevelope. "If you don't manage to open the card, or not get mad, you'll get this." He showed her a beautifully hand-crafted heart necklace. "It is one of the charms of Aphrodite, and is given to everyone who helps Aphroddite or her sons or daughters." he said.

"OK." Lexi said confidently. She took the card from Kenneth. It was beautiful. The colors on the card meshed so perfectly... Lexi had the sudden urge to open it and see what was inside. She smiled at Kenneth and started to walk towards the gate. Lexi wondered if Aphrodite even knew that she was her daughter. If she did, she sure wasn't showing it. She tried to focus on her mother but her attention kept on being drug back to the beautiful card... Whatever was inside is must be beautiful too? Something that she surely deserved...

Kenneth looked at Lexi and rolled his eyes. "Don't you DARE. Aphrodite will KILL you if you open it." he telepathically said to her.

Lexi jumped with surprise when she heard Kenneth's voice in her head. After she gathered herself again she turned around. "I was only thinking about how pretty it was. It's all good. I would never open it." Her eyes drifted back to the letter. She turned around and ran towards the gate so that she wouldn't get the chance to open the letter. Out of breath, she gave the envelope to Lynn. Relieved, she turned and started to walk back to Kenneth.

When Lexi came back, he walked over to her and gave her the charm. "You did good." he said. "The charm contains a spell which a weak barrier shields you for quite a long time when your greatest need comes. Or weakness comes. You are now a part of Aphrodite's Blessed. Here's the invitation to the party." He handed her a more beautiful letter with a red velvet heart seal. "Go on. Open it." he said as he looked at her.

Flare, Sirius, and Ginger appeared a few moments later, Flare and Ginger brought their ingredients to Alex quickly. Sirius ran over to Kenneth and pawed him holding the ingredients in his mouth. Alex began to treat more minor gods though every boy would be about to kiss her when they saw that it was Alex and that she had her sword on her. Then they would quickly pull away and walk away swiftly. Alex smiled at their faces as they looked at her, she wasn't known as one of the most dangerous gods for nothing.

She took the charm, and for lack of a better place to put it placed it carefully in her pocket. She decided to put it on later when she could look at more. She took the letter and read it. The party was that night! "Um... What do I wear to a god's party?"

Kenneth looked at the wolf. He had the ingredients in his mouth. He collected them, and attached a friendly letter to the wolve's tail. "Go on. Go to Alex." he whispered, patting his head. The wolf ran off. Then he looked at Lexi again.

Lexi smiled when she saw the wolf. Canines had always had a spot in her heart. They were just so dependable.

Sirius raised and eyebrow at Kenneth and stayed where he was, "I am not your servant, you know." He said with a frown, "I only serve Alex and Artemis and that is because that I am grateful to them. Please do not treat me like I have no brain because I can bet that I am much smarter then you."

"Sorry. It's.. Oh-" he started to say until he was summoned along with Lexi only.

"Wow." Kenneth said along with Lexi. Beautiful, blooming flowers, lush, green trees. "Demeter." he whispered and walked torward a spring. "Ah, finally! I have seen heroes of the realm. You see, there is smething I need. A letter." a voice said.

Kenneth threw up a spare envolope with a letter in it. It disapeered. "Thank you. Now I will grant you a wish that is in my power. " I wish that I just have a token of your power to complete the collection." he whispered, and suddenly the last token of power was in his hands. He looked at Lexi, eyes glowing. "I must go." he whispered and teleported.

At the ring of Elementals there were 10 amulet slots. He put each token into the slots, and started praying each god's prayer. Suddenly, the amulet flashed, and he was teported to Zeus.

Standing aside, Aizel patiently waited her mother's arrival and watched her father appear.

A long, thin trail of smoke veiled the trees around and a glowing red fgure emerged from the depths of the earth. His flaming body extinguished to reveal his true human form. Her father stood at a looming height and possesed the composure and calmness of a true fire god. Despite his element, he was and probably will remain the calmest person she'd ever seen. His eyes, surprsingly blue and warm, gazed upon her.

"My daughter." he smiled and embraced Aizel in a heated hug. His skin temperature was above 100 degrees and she felt her arms sting as he hugged her.
"Careful dad." she warned.
"I'm sorry." he chuckled cheerily and looked at Kenneth. "Hello there, young man. You must be Aphrodite's son."

Alex smiled at Sirius and said, "Oh Sirius, let's go." Sirius nodded and trotted over to Alex and the human and three canines walked over to Aizel.

The fire god bowed as well.
"No need for courtsey. Call me Hephaestious. I've heard a lot from your mother. She talks all about you. But I have to say, I haven't seen you in centuries. Last I saw you, you were merely a 3 year old." he laughed.

"Dad!" Aizel exclaimed in embarassment. "You'll scare the boy away."

@jupiter_hollow It is actually spell Hephaestus. 😊

Alex smiled and said, "Long time no see Hephaestus. How have you been?" Her voice was casual. Flare, Ginger, and Sirius sat at her feet as they always did, Alex loved how they were like this. All dogs were like this around her, as if waiting for directions since the canine was her sacred animal. This made her the god of canines.

The god smiled at her.
"If it isn't Poseidon's daughter. I see your father still hasn't forgotten the flood accident. How are you Alexandria(Is that her full name? Cause it sounds Greek-ish)?" he chuckled and shook her hand merrily.

Suddenly, a small flicker in the sky made Aizel's head turn just as bright light illuminated the whole place.
"Mom's here." Aizel announced and stood back.

She saw a flicker of gold and a flash of metal. A clanking of swod on shiled was heard and a mere second later, a tall, armour clad woman stood in the clearing. Her pure white robe shone with it's own light and the gold crown on her head gleamed.
"Hello mother." Aizel bowed humbly.

@jupiter_hollow He should be careful with saying her full name, she doesn't enjoy that name and most usually end with a sword through them. XD

Alex smiled and said, "Yeah it is me and don't forget about what happened to the last person that called my by my full name." She said with a devious smile, "And mom and dad sure haven't forgotten, I am guessing you heard that I was demoted from my god position for a few months. The god of constellations, tides, and canines has been demoted to a demigod." She placed her hand on her sword though and said, "But I am not any less dangerous." She heard steps behind her and said, "Hello mother," she turned to see the goddess dressed in her robe that reflected the night sky, knowing she had come to speak to Athena.
