Kiara dodged most of the dragonbreath, but she caught some of it in the same spot Sirius had burned earlier.

-Awen, this isn't you...- she said, pleading. Suddenly she felt something come over her... it wasn't anything unnatural... it was...

-Stand down.- she said, surprising herself with the force behind the words. She planted her feet firmly and looked Awen right in the eye.

Awen looked her back in the eyes. Her eyes spoke words. I know it isnt me. Hurt me if needed to.
Her willpower became stronger, and she gained some controll again. She sat down, and bit in her tail to wake herself up before she would hurt anyone again. She closed her eyes, tears leaping over her cheeks.


Indeed, quite ironic. xD

Awen gave a deep sigh, and then groaned a bit. "Yeah, Im fine. Whatever you've done, it pulled me away from that rage long enough to stop. Thank you, so much..." And she gave Kiara a hug

-I don't even know what I did...- she said.

Suddenly, she doubled over in pain. Her side felt like it was on fire. Awen's dragonbreath plus Sirius' fire had done some serious damage...

"Kiara, are you okay? Is it that burn? Oh Ray, please wake up soon..." Awen said, worriedly looking at Kiara.
Suddenly, she felt a bright voice in her head. "My body has almost rested enough. I can wake up now, although Im not sure how long it'll take aftewards till I wake up again. But I shall do it if she needs it."

Ray had spoken to her again.

Kiara flinched as she stood up.

-It hurts, yes.- she said. -A lot less than the electric gun, surprisingly.-

Which was true, of course, but she suspected this burn did a little more damage than the gun.

Suddenly they heard a groan, and saw Ray slowly moving on the ground. He opened his eyes. He saw a bit blurred, but for the rest he felt surprisingly okay. He tried to stand up.

"We met him while we were spliced up. He can use aura to "heal". Not really heal, but let people feel better or even that they feel no pain. It has been very useful now. He has helped us earlier."

Ray now had gotten onto his feet and fully opened his eyes. "So, who here needs some help Awen?"

"I cant heal it, but I can make you feel the pain way less, and it will take longer for the pain to come back. It sadly wont heal sooner, so it could be you'll feel it for a while when your pain feelings return." He closed his eyes and kneeled, making himself ready to use his aura.

Daisy stopped. When the scientist passed, she snuck out to Sky. "I don't think it's so easy. They must have- " She looked up at the ceiling and an alarm sounded, soon they were surrounded. "Cameras."

Skyla threw a ray gun to Sky. "NOW!" She shot, Daisy shot, they all did. The leftover scientists brought guns of their own. "Now what?"

Alex and Sirius had been busy destroying the guns that they hadn't noticed anything going on around them. When they had finished they noticed that Ray, Awen, and Kiara were talking. They walked over and Alex noticed Kiara's burn, "What happened?"

She was sure it wasn't that convincing. It did hurt.

Awen turned around and let her head hang down. "Sirius... I did it."

Alex sighed, "Oh," she looked at Awen and understood. "Are you both feeling alright?" She asked the two.

Sirius nodded, "Kiara tell Ray the truth do that he can heal you." He said firmly, he then looked at Awen, "You did it?"

Awen turned in her human form and went to sit on the ground. She ignored everyone, thinking she wouldnt hurt them anymore that way.

Ray focussed on the aura, slowly letting Kiaras feelings go down. He was exhausted but had to continue. He just had to, help her....

Alex walked over to Awen and turned into her human form, "What's wrong Awen? It isn't your fault that you attacked Kiara." She tried to reassure her.

Sirius watched Ray heal Kiara.

Sky cught the ray gun and shot Kevin. "Ha! take that!" She sid and started aiming at the other scientists. She missed most of them. She motioned for Skyla.Daisy and Airon to follow her. She dropped her ray gun and ran out of the building.

Ray had finished healing Kiara. He laid down on the ground, with only one small sigh. He closed his eyes and didnt open them again.

Sirius looked down at Ray, "Is he ok?" She asked, looking at the mutant in worry.

Alex sighed, "You risked your life to save Kiara, it wasn't your fault that they managed to experiment on you." Alex tried to reassure her.

Awen saw they believed their own thing. But she really believed it could have went another way... She decided to use another thing. "Leave me! Now!" Awen said, and she flew through a door, crunching it with her weight.

Ray tried to tell them soemthing, but even his aura was tired in some way. He couldnt use telephathty to tell them what was happening to him.
