Ray leaped to the entrance of the room again. "Im here. It seems the floor causes this. Step on a wrong place and spikes come out of the all. Its a mechanism. Dont worry, I know two things for sure. The part you're on is safe, and they are not poisonous. I got hit by two and Im still up."

Alex nodded slowly and said, "Ok, maybe the floor has a has a certain pattern, let's try to figure it out. Where have you stepped so far that's caused the spikes to shoot out?" She asked, looking around as if trying to spot the tiles that shot the spikes.

"Hmm, lets see. There, there and there." Ray pointed to the tiles. "I dont really see a pattern... What would be better, shoot an aura ball at the floor to what it causes, or take my luck and run to you?"

Alex nodded, "Ok, I think you should shot the aura ball and see what happens, it might stop the spikes from shooting out anymore." She said, looking around quickly to make sure no scientists were coming. "Be quick though before any scientists show up," she warned.
