Saria ran through the smoke and pulled Vex out of where his foot was stuck. Then pulled him up and ran to get the little boy.

Vex smiled at Saria, 'Thanks!'. The pain continued to tug at his leg. He glanced down, sevral burn marks circled his ankle. The webbing between the toes of his left foot was stiff and charred.

Saria nodded and turned as the little boy tried to get to his mother. She pulled him somewhere safe and said, "Someone will bring you your mommy but you must stay here." The boy nodded.

Vex rubbed the tender flesh of his foot. 'Saria! Look at my foot!' he excliamed pointing to the webbing. He hated being a 'freak'.
Vex saw a woman being dragged out of the wreckage. 'His mom's over there. I can't get up to help...' his voice trailed off.

Saria ran over to Vex and examined his foot. She search through her bag and found some medicine that would take the pain away and applies it to his foot. "This should help."

Vex bit his lip as she applied the cream. It stung for a bit, but then the pain deminished. He smiled and thanked her. 'C'mon, we should get outta here after we reuninte these two.'
Vex scooped up the boy and handed him to his mother.
'Here's your son, are you okay?' he asked. 'Your both okay now, please leave as soon as possible.' he reassured them.

Vex smiled then ran back to Saria. 'Do you know of somewhere safe we can go?' he asked grabbing her hand and sprinting away from the plane. The ashen sky darkened.

Vex continued running, he saw a dark haired boy and a girl with purple bangs.
'Are you guys okay?' he called to them.

'Do you know what's going on? A plane just crashed and-' an explosion rocked the ground. Vex stumbled. Fire rained from the ashen sky. 'We gotta go NOW!'

The group continued to run until they found a nearby cave-type structure. "W-what was that..?" Yekaterina asked, shaken from the explosion. "Is everyone alright? Is everyone HERE?" she asked.
