There really should be different ways to earn EC, though it is quite easy to get it from just feeding tons of eggs. Good luck!

Maybe there should be at least one other way to earn EC, but whatever Ian comes up with will ultimately take away from the feeding of pets--one of eggcave's foundations. It's a difficult decision either way.
