For my dad to even THINK about getting me CC,he needs to know one thing.Ok, IF you have to put in the credit card number, then they detect the amount of money for the CC,then they have my dad's credit card number, right? So,his question is,if that IS how you do it,what if Ian and the staff just take money out of his credit card later? He doesn't want someone stealing his money.I dont know how to phrase it. But if you understand,i need info.NOTE: My dads gonna read the comments,so errr... you get the idea. XD@Ian@Zac

@Sakura2596 I don't think so, my dad has gotten me CC once and nothing bad has ever happened. Also if you have a paypal account it doesn't take the number

@sakura2596It goes through Paypal, so I do not think that anyone on Egg Cave here will ever get the credit card number at all...I think it's sort of like paying Paypal that certain amount of money and they pay this website/the host website the same amount of money you paid & Paypal keeps your info safe.Something like that.

@Sakura2596Yes, people can take out money if they know your credit card number. You can give your credit card number to pay for electricity/water bills, school fees, etc, but the point is that for them to ask that, they need to have some sort of permission/legal authorisation that they will not use it for other purposes.I'm not sure if this is right, but I assure you, if the people/site aren't trustworthy, there will be many signs to tell you that.

@sakura2596 First your dad has to have a PayPal account. PayPal will have his credit card number, but they keep it safe. If your dad wants to buy CC, he uses PayPal on Egg Cave. None of the Egg Cave staff will see or know your dad's credit card number, because PayPal will not show it. It's safer that way ^^ There's a better explanation on PayPals own website if you'd like to look 😊

@Sakura2596Ian does not take the money, Bumpwire does through Paypal and then gives it to Ian...Paypal is a good site to go with when buying online and I for one don't buy anything unless Paypal is involved...You can go here to learn about Paypal:https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=xpt/Marketing/general/what-is-paypal-outsideYou do not even have to make an account through Paypal to buy!
