adoption center

how come there are like never any pets in the adoption center? do you have to wait till someone abandons a pet?

@coatimundi Before the trade center was opened the adoption center was always full. But now people create trades of creatures they don't want instead of abandoning them.

There also need to be at least 3 creatures in the adoption center for any to show up, I've found.
