It's not good to do those challenges.

At all. If you do swallow, you can VERY easily choke on it.

It's almost as bad as when kids were doing the hanging challenge. Not as bad, but not good. At all.

What if something did go wrong? And you started choking? It'd be a shame to loose someone so young.


Cinnamin cannot be dissolved by saliva and while trying to swallow it, it can sometimes go down into your lungs and choke you.

I don't understand why kids think it's 'cool' to do the challenge.

My cousin's friend ended up in the hospital from the challenge. It was popular around here.

I'm just putting the warning out to everyone else.

I am honestly just concerned, because it was really scary for my cousin, and our town. *hugs* I'd hate for something bad to happen to anyone.
