I can understand teams for the tributes, but why Gale? And the moviemaker people could have done WAYYYYY better with the mutts in my opinion.
And now everyone loves HG. Couldn't people have just read the books anyways? Why see the movie first, then be all "The Hunger Games are SOOOOO awesome! I never read the book! ^^"

Now that's what bugs me.

39 Clues? They were popular when I was in the third grade, but I didn't think people went insanse over them. 😱

Warriors used to be a really popular series. I've read and I own tons of the books. But I stopped reading after the first Omen of the Stars book; It's just too much for one story! X'D

But I know how the series ends. SPOILER ALERT;

There's another trilogy I'm reading that's a bit popular. The books are called Matched, Crossed, and the third one is coming out soon, called Reached. I heard they were making a movie for it... So I hope that doesn't get too crazy.

Why do people hate on Twilight so much though? I read the first one and now I'm reading New Moon. Not the best nooks in the world, but hey, they're okay. Besides, I'm only reading it because of the wereowlves. X'D If the series was all about vampires I would have never considered.
And plus, the parodies are hilarious!

And I started reading Warriors once, but it was just so non-active that I got bored and quit the book (and I almost never quit books). I tried it 3 times and that happened all three.. o_o
I've heard of Matched and those books but I've never tried them yet.
Also, people hate Twilight because (no offense) it seems REEALLLLYYYYY dumb and it is the rival of Harry Potter. HARRY POTTER FANS UNITE! XD

I HATE hunger game series >:C I don't even care about the movie D:< I never even liked the book.

What I HATE is how people always look at me and say "you should read hunger games!" or like "I bet you like Hunger games" and while I'm wearing my vest "is that from hunger games"

I hate how people keep assuming I like it D: I read it and I just didn't like it. same for Maximum ride.

I know you guys might fight me or try to kill me for saying this but it's my opinion and I'm really sick about Hunger games. Just like the Twilight series, WHO CARES!!!!! people either hate it or love it and not that many people who just doesn't care :I

He and Sandstorm were the only characters in the book I ACTUALLY LIKED. >.>
And Gray...fur? XD

Basically the original characters, which are from the first series, which is the only one I liked. ^^


ON TOPIC,

I read the books series when MockingJay came out, like two years ago, on recommendation from a girl I knew.
It wasn't my most FAVORITE series, (Which is either Percy Jackson or How To Train Your Dragon).
I don't really care about the series or fangirls that much.
But sometimes my friends, who read the series recently and are "In love" with the book.
I never really cared for the series, so I just made them mad by BASHING the book. XD
I'm a horrible person. 😉

And people hate twilight
1) Because Bella is stupid.
2) Because the ending was anti-climax, predictable and disappointing (talking about Breaking Dawn, fyi)
3) Because of the annoying fans.
4) Also because Edward is so "perfect" it makes me sick... Or maybe that's just me? I don't even LIKE him. Or anyone really. The characters are lame... X3

@Cqpkytty I was hoping Firestar would die sooner. But NO, they kill him off in the very last book of the last series. AND THEY INTRODUCED HIM IN THE VERY *FIRST* BOOK OF THE *FIRST* SERIES. REALLY. X'DDDDD
But now it's gonna be Bramblestar... O_o I always knew it would be him though, for some reason.

@Taffy789 My favorite book was Moonrise, the second book in the second series. I'm not usre why I like it so much though, consider Feathertail was my favorite cat and she died in that book. D: I still liked it though.
And in Dark River, the second book in the third series, I cried at the end when Lionpaw(blaze) called for Heatherpaw(tail, I think? Either that or something that sounded hideous, I forget) through the tunnel, knowing he'd never get a response. I just... Broke down. D'X I stopped reading the series in the fourth grade though... So yeah.

Matched was really good, mainly because I love dystopia novels like that. 😊 The society made me angry though... THat's how good the book was, I could feel emotions! I'm hoping to start Crossed soon.
I hate Edward. X'D He's too angry. And who wants a vampire staring at them when they sleep every night? O_o
Jacob's okay though, just a bit generic. Bella is full-out generic, honestly.
At the end of every book it seems, some evil vampires try to kill her, she sacrifices herself "for Edward", and then Edward to the rescue!
But you obviously don't care, sooo... *shuts up* X3

@Cqpkytty Some of my friends read the last book in Omen of the Stars, and apparently they're coming out with a prequel series, showing what happened BEFORE Firestar even existed. And then that's it I guess... But yeah, they're not going any further.

I haven't read the Skyclan book... But I read Bluestar's Propheecy, I got it at a book fair in the fourth grade. ^^ And it was AMAZING. Even the cover! When you take off the sleeve the hardcover book underneath still looks amazing!

However I'm not saying hate THG, I love it *-* It's probably my favourite... but the way they're selling HG products is just...

I actually heard that the Hunger Games books were based off a Japanese book called Battle Royale... It supposedly was banned in America because it was waaaaaaay too violent and gorey and scary cuz it could prolly happen if someone set their mind to it lol.

And I was into Twilight when the first book came out! Now everyone is all like 'Team this' and 'Team that' .... ugh... *dies*
