1. STOP WITH THE MISLEADING TITLES.
If you are seeking CC, put "Seeking CC."
Not, "CC UFT!" when you have no CC what-so-ever.

2. STOP COPYING.
Seriously?!
Copying is really low. Don't copy and when the person confronts you, tell them that they didn't make it up.
HELLO! THEY DID MAKE IT UP >.<

3. STOP WITH THE TEXT TYPING.
I usually don't care about these things, but "teh dog walked 2 teh store!" is the worst grammar EVER.

4. STOP WITH THE GIFTING THREADS.
Gifting the person above you is NOT gifting.
It is trading if you are getting something back.
Gifting is when you gift to the person you want to, not expecting something back.

5. STOP WITH THE LYING GIVEAWAYS.
Giveaways are FREE all the way.
You don't give them something.
You don't feed something.
You ask to join and get a chance to win.

The gifting boards drive me insane!

That's the one thing I prefer on Neopets is those gifting boards. People post their dream pets, and gifters lurk and gift to people they like.


And I've never seen a thread copied before, is this common?

I don't go on Neopet's gifting boards, but the board you described seemed to be a perfect definition for gifting (:

Once in a while, threads are copied. Trends are always started, too.
Most of the time, one person comes along taking ideas and taking credit (: When you ask for credit, or tell them to stop, they say that you didn't make it up.

O.O Thankfully, never had that done to me, yet.

I am paranoid now that I used an idea that was already done. XD Though, I think my ideas were original. I certainly thought them up myself. But maybe someone thought before me. O.O

And they are a nice place to be. ^.^

Either way. If people are going to make 'gifting' boards. It shouldn't be you have to gift above you.

1. Someone will gift as low as they can.
2. The last person will be left out.

It's best to just hav epeople post dream pets, and then you see if they're good owners.

On Neopetsw, I don't tell people what pets I'm gifting, or I get spammed with 'Oh please,' or people subtly hinting like 'Oh, I really want...' And then they change their dream pets to get it if it's a rare pet.

Oh yeah. On the Neopet gifting board, people would spam with listing their wishlist rather then gifting at least a little >.<

It is okay if you take a teeny bit of the idea and continue with yours, but ask the person first (:

6) Stop BEGGING. It is annoying. I especially HATE it when people promise you things that they can't keep. For example: OHMAHGOSH. Can I trade you a orp for your Frozen Ignis?!? I promise I'll give you my raicorn when I quit!

7) Stop with copying other peoples roleplays! I make a roleplay, I don't need you to make another one with the same plot, and you just taking out a tiny part and changing the title. It is against the rules! I hate it even more when you tell them it isn't alloweec and they say "I had this idea a LOOOOING time ago." Well to bad. You never made the freaking topic. Also I hate it when people ping me twenty billion kajillion times on creature suggestions e.o
