Secret Laboratory

Hmm...I'm in a conundrum.

At the moment I'm searching for Secret Laboratory Map pieces on Neopets. I have one piece I received from a randomly-generated event, but the extremely high prices of the other pieces have made it impossible for me to buy any others. I was wondering if anyone knew how to get the map pieces for much cheaper than 900,000 or 50,000, and I simply don't have the NP for that. I'm not exactly a "rookie" player, as I've had an account before, but I'm not very informed about the secret maps or how to receive them without completely burning a hole into my pocket.

I also wouldn't mind donations, either, although I am not asking for anyone to donate without reason. Still, the option might be up in the air 😊. Anyways, I would appreciate any advice given! Maybe one day I'll be a master player and I won't need such help!

Keyquest and Habitarium are great money makers. If you have a fast computer, restocking and sniping work as well.

@graceseggs every time I play Keyquest, if I'm close to winning the person I am playing against quits mid-game. It's happened several times and I've stopped playing as a result. Habitarium is great, but it's slow NP and it only seems to increase by 1000 or so points every level. It's slow and painful.

For Keyquest: Try finding a friend who wants to play. Or find a topic on the Keyquest board with those 3k games. Everyone plays until they have 3k.

For Habitarium: Keep plowing through until you get to 50, that's when the real money comes in. If you can, leave the Habitarium running throughout the day.

Oh and try to snipe(buy things cheap and then resell them) the auctions! I have a lovely guide that I could send you if you'd like it? (: Easy way to make some neopoints.

Would you get reported for this on neopets? (Yes!)
So you come to an entirely different site and ask for stuff?
I know @Ian is not very strict about this kinda thing, (I think) But it is just... kinda wrong... Keep neo related things on neo and egg cave related things on egg cave!

Okay, asking for 'tips', Same thing. NP can be earned very easily, I earned 1 mil in just one week, and I never play habi or KQ... Or ask for 'tips'.

Other the other hand @justin, I do not see how posting this here is wrong either.

She is in the "chit-chat" board which is pretty much a random chat board for random topics like this.

And she may not like the people on those boards, I know I don't. They're filled with trolls.

As for another tip and I'm not even sure if you're still reading but you should join a guild. ^^ Lots of nice people to meet and help you with your goals. (: You'll make plenty of friends as well.

That's why I quit neo a little while ago, people take online games to seriously and take all the fun out of them, especially trolls. Here everyone is nice.

True they do, but I try not to let a few bad apples ruin the experience for me. (:

Neopets is pretty much my childhood.

I have not met many people here but I know I haven't met any trolls so far. xD

I've been a member of neopets for 10 years, O.o, on and off and I just recently made my first mill. Some ppl have the drive to succeed at games like that... and then there are ppl like me who really don't give a flying *bad word* ^^
