I bought about 20$ worth of CC but 1000 is missing 😱 havent gotten the notification yet :c

It should answer it for you, and there's always the troubleshooting option 😋

yes i alreay submitted a ticket XD its way past the 15 minutes its been almost an hour already

Sometimes the CC doesn't appear until several days later.

Give him some time ^^"
He's not always on Egg Cave & he does have other problems to deal with as well...

^^ i was talking about the CC since it say it takes 15 minutes to appear 😸 not gonna rush Ian

but if it does take several days then thats okay
