What's with the mysterious asteriod?

I know that it's really hard to get a creature from the asteriod but is there a trick to it, like a time of day or certain egg?

@kaleteevolk More like 99% chance you won't get it, but yeah, that's the way it works. Some of us have been trying for a very long time to get something from the asteroid and still haven't.
