"Well, I couldn't really see. There was pack. Medium size. But there was this one it was bigger than the others. it was male. He's the one who killed my mommy and daddy. Then a smaller who killed my brother and sister. She was coming after me but she saw something and backed away. I couldn't explain it. I ran into the same wolves. They were heading here but they ran straight back."

Lune stared straight ahead for a while before snapping out of her daydream. "I just had a premonition, you must come to my cave and stay with me" She was not joking although she usually was "You must pretend to be my sister and if anyone doubts you then you have to insist. No matter how much you wish to tell no-one can know." The next words were only heard by Lune and unintentionally by the young wolf "I hope she will be safe enough that way.....if not..... we will surely die...." Lune tailed off and explained to the wolf pack of the way the same wolves had killed her family too, and the way the
others wolves thought she had left them to form a pack

Lune struggled..... "Well..... you see...... uhhhh...." She was trying to find a delicate way to put this "Oh okay you got me..... you are a wolf sent by the leader of the Moonbeams, Scar, to live in out community and to learn our tricks, each time they see you, well how do I put this..... they can sort of... well.... read your mind and find out what you were up to during the day and more importantly what our tricks are....." Lune was relieved to get that off her chest


(is this starting to sound too sci-fi, I ran out of ideas 😉 )

FirstBirth looked confused. "So are you a king??"

SecondBirth laugh. "I guess you could call me that."

Luna was suspicious, secondbirth had never asked to see anyone like that before she followed and hid behind a tree, not making a sound

When they came back Luna was gone. "FirstBirth can you smell Luna?"

FirstBirth smelt the air. "Yes I can! Follow me" she ran straight to Luna.

Luna was fast asleep, or was she. She was running in a dream but how could she if she was awake. She was asleep but not completely

Luna stopped running and howled. This was NOT normal. She started running and then froze, she stopped breathing but she still had a pulse

A white pup cried out in the midst of a storm. Her mother was always out of reach. Just a bit farther... all Lumi could see was her tail. Nothing more, but when she couldn't walk any further, the snow swallowed her up.


Lumi woke up, shuddering from the dream. Her denmates were gone. "Drat!" Lumi snapped at herself. Why couldn't she wake up for morning training? She stretched and bounded out of the den to join her packmates.
