It's an adoptable site.
And pay no attention to the beta testing ad for it, it's a bit late for that. c;

It is supposed to be released in Spring 2012.

I've been waiting for a while and skipped out on beta testing unfortunately, but nonetheless, I want it to have its grand opening soon.
