I thought I got the answer for the grubbug puzzle, but it wasn't right ☹️

[edit] Now I have two possible answers that i can connect to the problem, but none of them worked!
@zac for the grubbug puzzle, do you have to put a coma where there is one-thousand or two-thousand?

@zac I got to a page where it said something like the forest is much more lively here, and there's a beam of light coming down. You should probably view the source of the light.

Ten there's a picture. I can't click anything, but i looked at the page source, and it said something that told me that I should probably click something on the picture. Just confuzzled.

I don't get the flor puzzle at all. No matter how I write it out it makes no sense. ☹️ Did Zac post any other hints about it?

Edit: I even asked my dad to see if he could figure it out. He said,and I quote, "...". ☹️ He, who loves puzzles and can solve almost anything, can't figure that one out. D:

@maximum_ride_forever I know, right... I asked my dad too and he's a math genius. He just looked stupid. I loled and then I went back into the forest and kept searching for another puzzle to solve. xD

Haha, I can tell you guys that, because a lot of younger users play Egg Cave, there are no super-difficult math problems. You just have to think outside the box. 😃 (Easier said than done, I suppose.)

@maximum_ride_forever I'm a little flattered and weirded out that you had a nightmare about this. 😋

@zac i fail at math. and im not a little kid. im glad there are no "calculus/trigonometry/factorals/logartihms and all that" in a puzzle. i probably wouldnt even have though to use that angle. 😸

@redfire77 Yeh, that too. We aren't trying to find the biggest math genius. 😋 I'm a physics geek, so I personally love math. 😊 I fail at riddles personally. x_x

I finally figured out the very last puzzle. 😊 I'm number 12 on the leader boards. 😊 I doubt I'll be in the top three, but I'd like to at least be in the top 10. 😃 *Does a happy dance* So when is the next chapter coming out?

We're not sure yet, but hopefully soon. 😊 We'll give you a few days notice so everyone will be ready!

I'm thinking that both Chapter 3 and 4 will be open to the community, which is awesome! Yay for more discussion! 😃

Chapter 3 is pretty awesome too. 😊 Its rather short, but the puzzles are difficult. And theres a section where everyone will be competing against each other. 😃

@zac My major in high school was math an physics, but I kinda suck at riddles. I think you get too used to things being rather logical when you're into math so when a problem shows up that requires you to think in a way you're not used to you just end up making things more complicated than they really are because you're used to the world of math. At least that's what I think. 😋
