Meanwhile at the other side of the forest at small camp of soldiers were placed ready for ambush. One of them was yelling at the rest of the group. You could right away he was the leader. Apparently one of them had got a signal that some people were hiding in the forest. He had sent a few men out to investigate but they had not returned.

She tugged Luke's other arm to the lake to wash it up. Hazel pulled the arm that was bleeding into the lake. "It stings!" Luke whines. "It's supposed to" Hazel said. She could see Luke was trembling of fear. She took the last few bandages to wrap it up. Even with the bandages, she saw that the knife cut him to his bone! Hazel couldn't do anything about, so she tried the ignore it, but it was hard.

@buubles1688The sound of yelps filled Charlie's ears. He lay next to the commander of the military. Brannishing the weapon aross her chest, she prevented him from moving. 'Bombay, is secured,'she hissed into her helmet. With a swift motion of his leg, he knocked her to the ground. The woman bounced up, unfazed by the blow. 'You're being difficult, Mr. Bombay,' she crooned. 'You're the one who's being difficult,' he spat back. Forcing his weight into her. Hands still shackled, he bolted toward the stream, holding his fists against his chest. A girl and young boy stood knee deep in the water. From the stream of red, Charlie could tell the boy was injured. Badly. 'Are you alright?' he called, wading over to the two.

She woke up thinking that she was shot and in heaven. Instead, she found that Luke was on top of her. She didn't notice at first but saw that Luke was crying. "I'm not dead" Hazel said trying not to laugh. Luke looked up and appeared a smile. "Why did I fall?" Hazel asked Luke. "You bumped into that boy." Hazel looked over a Charlie...

The small grip of consciousness she had left, kept her going, supprting herself on the tree trunks until her waggling legs gave up, meters away from the fresh lake that she had set her eyes upon. She craved for fresh water. Not only was she dying of thirst, her wounds had started bleeding again. The gash on her cheek was nothing out of the ordinary but she couldn't say the same about the bullet wound on her side. She had left a small but noticeable trail of crimson down the path but it was the least of her problems as of now. Her chest wheezed loudly, eyes drooping closed as reality began to float away, colours lurring in fron of her eyes.

She sees a boy at the lake. She decides to stay away from him because he just might kill them. She goes to the other side of the lake. Luke follows her," No, stay here" Hazel says. "Why?" "Just because" Hazel says. Luke stays put. Hazel sees the water. She wanted to ask the boy over there, but she was too scared. Luke comes over, "Is this water clean?" Luke asks the boy. "Shhhh!" Hazel said.
