And we are discussing what is typed below.

Hey 'yall. Whispers here to talk about a VERY important subject.
Our creativity levels are at a dangerous low. I don't know, but to me, I feel that our creativity is getting low. I mean like- most of the creatures suggestions nowadays are cats, dogs, birds. I'm not saying they aren't good ideas, but we just have too many of 'em. This month, with the CC creatures, I'm very disappointed. I mean- TWO OF THE IDEAS ONLY HAD ONE STAGE! That really disappointed me, then the ideas...I don't know. They all have wings.
Oh, another point- a lot of people just add wings to a creature, give it a weird name, then "Yay! A creature suggestion!"
I'm so sick of wings on random animals T^T

LOL- I believe my rant is over. I'll probably rant more as you guys post x)

I know! it sucks! but all the good creative ideas people had, are always hated! it's really upsetting and really annoying.

@whispers I don't know, I think they're cute. I mean, the eurog is AWESOME ('nuff said), I ❤️ the flickle (I mean, who doesn't love green flying mice? C'mon xD) and the flofbite is pretty (and purple. Don't forget purple).

So sure they all have wings, but you gotta give these critters some credit. They are pretty awesome.

Meh. I like the cats/dogs. The reason those keep happeningi s because of people do, too. they're popular.

And I REALLY want an Eurog. XD

Not to be mean to anyone, but I sort of agree. People are just adding different body parts to random animals in cute/ferocious poses. I have a few ideas, but my scanner is messed up. ☹️

I was okay with them- until this month. I don't like this month. I was expecting something at least a lot better than this- I mean really, why spend 5 dollars on a creature with 1 stage? -_-

you know, I'm doing an art project on imagination, that I've based on looking at mythical creatures and how they all must have started from the simple animals, elements and things we know. Such as the chimera is a goat, lion and snake or the gorgon is just a women with snake as hair or the Pegasus is just a horse with bird wings.

In the project I've also been combining creatures to make new ones. For example one of my pieces is an iguana with zebra stripes that has a face that vaguely represents a lions and it has antlers like a gazelles. If you want I could take pictures of one or two and PM them to you.

@Whispers I kinda like having two first stage creatures. Ususally all of the monthlies have three stages, which means you need more cc to freeze them and such. I'm just a bit annoyed with all of the monthlies resembling dragons, that happens a lot. 😋 But the Eurog's face looks like a dog/wolf, so it looks cool to me. 😸

Yeah, I think the Eurog looks Elegent and Majestic, so I'm hoping to get one.
I don't like the dragons, or one stages because I feel I wasted money because I didn't get as many choices as I wanted it to be.

I know most mythical creatures start off at simple creatures. But we have 172 creatures. We need something different.

This is true. I do wish to see something new as well, like the Balrog etc. because those previous ideas were different and creative. I'm going to have a try to see if I can come up with anything as well. But we'll see. 😊

Did you know that literally, kids-teens are having a creativity drop? In seminar/reading, we read this article about how kids are getting less and less creative...
Off of that, I agree, but I still flipped when I saw them.
Even if we are getting less creative, the art is getting better.

@whispers Yeah. Well we're running out of creatures we can base it of off. It gets harder to find themes. Sudden idea: chess :Sudden idea over.
But anyway, it is getting worse. We need to spend more time with creative activities to not keep losing creativity. One of the downsides of computers and tvs.

Sorry, but I can never disagree with more birds, lol. They're my life. xD

But it would be nice to see something new. We need more reptiles, I think. We've had frogs (those are amphibians, though) and turtles and lizards. We only have one snake, and that's the Diablos. A new dinosaur creature would be cool! The Sorien is the only one I really know of, and I guess the Rhinedorf could be considered a Tricerotops kind of thing, but it still would be nice to see something new.

Please no more cat/rabbit/fluffy hybrid things. =/ If anything, these are the creatures we've overdone. There's at least one a month. Dragons too.

...and I think I technically broke your no suggestions rule, but meh. I wasn't suggesting any creature in particular, just animals. xD

what the...? Tbh, I don't see how that can be scientifically and objectively studied, as creativity is a pretty subjective concept.😋
