@inkstep Kay, I'll check it out right away. đ"Now, you don't seem to understand me... I can't possible manage to risk myself more." her monotone voice filled the room. She dully stared at the girl, the cigarette loosely hanging between her fingers. "I'm knee deep in REPO blood already, so it doesn't really make much of a difference, saving you, I mean" she added, absent mindedly. She was a deadman, it was as simple as can be. The whole town was on the search for her and Y'miel and they barely had any allies anymore. The REPO men had brought her life to ruins and she hated them with a passion for that. She lazily glanced back at Pixle."So, you got a name?"
inkstep • 11 May 2012 at 12:21 PM
@jupiter_hollow =3"hmm..." she nodded, sighing a bit "oh, I uh..." Hesitation, she was still a bit on edge. "Pixle" she stated dully, biting her lip "And you?" the girl questioned silently, her voice had a nervous tone and was laced with dead fear, the dim light danced across her eyes, her puples dialating for a moemnt, filling the irises to the blood red rim

@inkstep@jupiter_hollowThe soft sound of footsteps padding up the stairs signaled to Charlie that he was alone. Readjusting himself, he encountered another slick pool of blood. The warmth of the liquid crawled up Charlie's icy hand. The pain from his chest wound had washed over, signaling the possible loss of nerve function. Mind wondering, Charlie replayed the scene is his mind. How had the injuries been inflicted? All he could recall was the Repo man dragging him from the van and smashing his face into the ground. Where had the gash originated from? His eye jumped rapidly beneath his lids. Everything was fuzzy in his memory. A lapse of judgement and control seemed to snake through his veins. 'He-e-e-e-e-e-e-e-e-e-e-;l-l-l-l-l-l-l-o-o-o-o-o' he stuttered, wondering if he had actually passed on to the realm of the dead.
jupiter_hollow • 11 May 2012 at 6:47 PM
@inkstep@swimforlifeA puff of white veiled her face again, impassionate eyes staring back into Pixle's crimson red ones."...Aizel Tylk. But I'm more well known as 'Guillotine'." she mumbled almost incoherently, glancing at the slightly ajar door as a small voice reached her ears. The boy must've done something, she realised, grutning in annoye=ance and standing up, cigarette still dangling between her lips."Be back in a sec" she told the girl absent mindedly as she trotted downstairs. That kid really was trouble, the blonde boy. She hoped that he had fallen over and broken the few whole ribs that he had left or had at least stung himself with the needle on the table. She honestly regretted ever dealing ith those two. True, the girl was okay by all means (she was fairly normal for a 14 year old albino girl with arificial limbs.) but she was still distrustfufl towards Aizel and vice versa.A groan escpaed her lips as she came into the living room to see the boy in a slu, mped postition on the couch, new blood trivkling down his arm."Can't you manage one minute without hurting yourself?" she mumble quietly, voice barely above a whisper, but as loud so the boy could hear. "Honestly, what are you? Suicidal?" She shook her head as she helped the boy regain his normal comfortable condition and decided quickly that she was going to stitch him now. Taking the needle, that, fortunately, still lay intact on the table, she sat next to him and straight forward began stitching him.

@inkstep@jupiter_hollowCursing aloud, Charlie grimaced as the needle worked its way through his flesh. With each tug of the string, he felt the gash close. Eyes still swollen shut, he knew not wether to hate the girl or be thankful. A life was saved, but in the process, he ended up straining the girl. 'W-w-w-w-w-ho are you?' He stammered, pray she was not a Repo woman. 'It you're Repos, I swear I'll die before you finnish the needle-point.' His tone came of harsh and a little sarcastic. Charlie was usually strongwilled and stubborn, but where did his lump of coal for a heart come from? Most likely, one of his transplants. Something inside seemed constricted. His thoughts flowed freely, but it was his heart that need patching. So suddenly, his life had been burned to the ground. His distemper pooled and was realsed on his savior.
jupiter_hollow • 11 May 2012 at 7:21 PM
@inkstep@swimforlifeThe needle paused in mid air, thread hanging loose on it above the bloodied flesh as the boy proceeded in accusing Aizel. Her eyes remained fixed on the wound and she was in the same position as before, only she had frozen over, seemingly deep in thought. Her head turned to Charlie in slow motion and she fixed him with the coldest, most impassionate and dull gaze she could muster. She made no attempt to confront him or snap back or yell at him (fuming was her specialty), but simply stared at him, eyes blank of emotion. "Keep quiet..... I'm trying to work" a barely audible whisper was shed from her lips and she returned her gaze to the wound, continuing her work. She wasn't prepared for this... For someone like him to come into her life... He resembled him in every way possible. The same fiery eyes and wild spirit.. The trademark frown and determination in his voice. They were so much alike...
inkstep • 11 May 2012 at 7:31 PM
Shuddering as the girl left, Pixle's eyes wandered around the room, searching, she sighed a bit and whimpered, her wounds stinging, bad, the skin around it was infected and inflamed, almost as red as her eyes. Whimpering a bit from the pain, her gaze drifted over to the door as she waited, frowning. The pain was beginning to get to her again, she could feel consciousness fading from her, her grasp on reality began to slip, black specks floating around her gaze, being replaced by black shadows, red shadows, red and blue, for a moment she could have sworn she had seen a Repo man standing in the corner, the halucinations were beginning to get more vivid, more detailed, one reached for her, Letting out a short yelp, Pixle faded again, her small form quivering a bit.@swimforlife@jupiter_hollow

@inkstep Small, bare feet quickly padded on the cold wooden floor, breaths coming out in pants as a small boy ran down the hallway of the second floor. Black shaggy hair fell onto his eyes, smile firmly plastered on his small lips. Sky blue eyes shone brightly as tiny gentle hands pressed the silly crayon drawing to his heaving chest. In the left corner of the childish picture stood five tilted and twisted letters, written in grass green colour. 'Izzie' He rounded the corner and ran towards the slightly ajar door of the nearest bedroom, quickly taking the doorknob and cheerily swinging the door open."Izzie! Look what I-" he chirped happily but stopped in mid scentence as he didn't recognise the person in his sister's bed as Aizel. He stood, frozen in the doorway, staring in fright at the white haired girl who was looking back with the same amount of fear. He blinked once, twice, regaining his composure and glancing at the layer of blood that was caked on the girl's bandaged shoulder and chest. His mind, despite being still very young, snapped to work. She was injured, it was very clear by the looks of things, but why was she in the house. He knew all too well that no stranngers were allowed to cross the front door, much less strange red eyes girls. So maybe she was brought here by someone... He shook his head. No, Y'miel would never accept such a person in the house... so it must've been his sister.

@inkstep Continuing...He lifted his head to eye the girl and after a moment of pondering, decided that she was safe. If anything, it was she that was in danger, not him. "Did Izzie brought you?" he asked quietly, still standing at a safe distance from her.

@inkstep@swimforlifeTT.TT Forever alone...
inkstep • 16 May 2012 at 7:14 PM
@jupiter_hollow oops XD never got your pings XD srry!!!Lifting her head, Pixle's dull red eyes stared back at the boy. Nodding a bit, she kept her eyes locked on him. "Who are you?" she asked weakly, the young boy made her smile on the inside, she couldn't trust anyone, but she tried to never show hostility towards children.

@inkstep@jupiter_hollowThe girl paused in the middle of her final stitch. Charlie could feel the needle residing just beneath his skin. For a moment he was glad his eyes were swollen shut, the sight of blood sent his stomach in to fits of rage. 'Fed up with rescuing me enough to do a halfa--ed job on needle work? Ya gonna leave that scrap of rotting metal in my chest?' he refuted, finally matching her fire with his own. His strength was returing painfully slowly. For each minute of pain, he was rewarded with another ounce of strength. The warmth of the girl's hand receded from his chest. Charlie now feared his small act of valor may cost him his life.
jupiter_hollow • 17 May 2012 at 6:47 PM
@inkstepDaring to step a little closer to the unknown girl Mason quickly drew back afterwards. He didn't trust Pixle at all and was especially wary of her red eyes. In his short life, he had never seen an albino but had heard of vampires and the tales about them. And, of course, a child will be a child. He always believed every word that he was told and was so very gullible. When he first set his eyes on her, he immediatelly knew what she was- a bloodsucker. He remembered the scary stories that Aizel used in order to make him go to bed. Vampires wth blood red eyes and sharp features and dark look. And they sucked blood... The girl was completely covered in blood that maybe wasn't hers... What if it was that of her innocent victims? What if she had come to get him and his sister?"Please don't suck my blood" he whimpered quietly to her, edgin away from the room.@swimforlifeShe didn't even bother to look up this time. He simply let the boy burst his anger out at her, yell scream fight, it wasn't going to be her problem if he accidentally sewed the wrong way, now was it? And another reason, she couldn't bare to look in those gry eye, so painfully similar to his. It was like past gave you a sharp slap squae on the face and you can't help but remember. She unnoticeably shook her head to clear her thoughts, but still refused to look up."Stay still" she repeated, her words were barely audible, voice slightly above a whisper.
inkstep • 17 May 2012 at 7:03 PM
@Jupiter_hollow lol I love this kid XD"What are you talking about..." she muttered weakly "I'm not going to...why would I suck your blood?" her words were getting weaker. Her pink-red eyes were darting over the boy, she was confused for a moment but a slight smile had grown on her face, what was he thinking? "I'm not going to hurt you besides, I can't move, I can barely speak" she had to pause a few times as she spoke, to catch her breath and keep her consciousness.
jupiter_hollow • 17 May 2012 at 7:15 PM
@inkstep Yeah, he's so shilly XP"But, you're a vampire.." he qeuitly told her, pasuing on his way out of the room. He had intended to run for his life but every word that the girl had said made her seem ten times more innocent. The more he looked at her, the more she seemed like a young hurt child, just like him. She clutched the wound on her chest tightly and breathed in gasps...Of course! Why had he been so incredibly stupid??? She as just a victim of the REPO that his sister had probably brought home. She was hurt, bleeding, barely nconscious and a kid accusing her of being a vamp was probably the last thing she wanted to hear. "I'm ... sorry, miss" he mumbled, lowering his head and giving her an apologizing look like the good child he was.

@jupiter_hollow@inkstep'Stay still,' the girl commanded, in a hushed tone. Charlie squirmed as she finnished the stitches. He expected her to lash out, but she seemed distant, as if she were deep in thought. Charlie allowed his shoulders to rest against the cusion of the couch. It was not the softest piece of furnature, but he was not about to complain. The soft patter of feet signaled that the girl had left the room. Charlie could not help but wonder where she went. If she was indeed a Repo, was she going to return with an instrument of torture? A sudden senastion of fear began to gnaw at his stomach. He retched in his mouth, as if he had eaten something rancid. Pixle! Where was she and what had the girl done to her? Charlie had spent the last hour only thinking of his pain, negelcting to ask about the albino girl. His sense of time was distorted, Charlie assumed he was lying on the couch for days. In reality in was only a few hours.
inkstep • 18 May 2012 at 1:30 PM
"It's fine" she said around a small laugh, "And even if I was a vampire, I wouldn't hurt a child..." Her eyes slipped closed for a moment after she spoke, figuring it would be best to stay silent and still, not waisting her energy, she ignored the thought and shifted a bit, smiling weakly at the boy.@jupiter_hollow
jupiter_hollow • 20 May 2012 at 2:08 PM
@inkstep@swimforlifeMason giggled heartily. The girl now seemed harmless in his eyes. He took a few steps closer to the bed and stopped at it's edge. "Are you a REPO?" he asked. A small smile was plastered onto his face as he realised that even if she was a REPO, there was nothing she could do to him. He was completely safe.

@inkstep@jupiter_hollowThe panging of glass piesces against tile floor echoed through the house, jolting Charlie from his dazed nap. He raised his head in surprise. His depleated strength returned only enough for small bursts of movement. The quick padding of feet over head suggested someone else was upstairs. A sudden twinge of worry sparked in Charlie's mind. What is a Repo had broken the window and was going to kill Aizel and Pixle? His shallow breathing became rapid. With each inhale of oxygen, a muscle spasm shook Charlie's chest. He hiccuped and coughed was he struggled for one deep breath. The pain from his side wound was dulling. He becan to wonder if the antiseptic the girl had used was also a painkiller. The dried blood will still clumped beneath his eyes. A warm wash cloth would be needed to reoved the blackish gunk. A shaky breath was exhaled, as voices arose from above.
jupiter_hollow • 20 May 2012 at 3:06 PM
@inkstep@swimforlife@pinkredGasping in surprise, Aizel knitted her eyebrows. A small, almost unnoticeable piece of glass was sticking from the skin of her palm. What worried her wasn't the cut itself, but the thin river of blue liquid that trickled from the wound. Zydrate! The painkiller was exiting her veins, abriding her of its releaving effect. She ran over head towards the living room, where the boy was. A few trips and falls later, she was standing on the other side of the room, rummaging through the cupboards for a very costly object. She realised how much she must've resembled one of those cartoon characters, who would rummage through his wardrobe and throw everything over his back in frantic attempt of searching... With a relieved moan, she pulled the small glass bottle from under the numerous piles of clothes and set it carefully onto one shelf. It was full of blue substance and smelled of rotten flesh. There was no mistaking it- Zidrate. Stolen out of numerous corpses and even living people, the painkiller was her only hope of survival. She knew she'd never be able to get it legally so shed found a better way to supply herself and Rosie with the lifesaving liqiud.A minute later, Aizel managed to find a needle from the nearby shelf and rushed to inject herself with the precious Zidrate.
