The morning sunrays of a new day had already decided to shine on the small tents that were sfely tucked in the middle of the forest. The sky had turned from cosmic blue to lavender purple, clouds tinted pink and sun beginning to rise up high. There wasn't a soul in sight save for the small hummingbird that flew around.

As the small, almost unnoticeable chirps of the birds echoed in the morning silence, a person exited one of the tents, stopping in the middle of the camp and stretching merily.

A yawn escaped her lips, as Aizel rubbed the sleep from her eyes and, with one last glance at the tents, walked over to the nearby lake for the 'morning shower'.

*Is that okay?
Oh, how are we going to get more boys if we already have girls? o.o

Cassandra yawned, walking out of the tent. She began to create a fire, rubbing rocks and sticks together over the pyramid of logs.

Not a lot of people were awake yet, so she began to make breakfast for all of them. She fried mushrooms from the forest and tiny little fish from the river. It was good enough.

She pulled out some bread from her pack and nibbled on it while the food was cooking. She churned the coals ocassionally, and kept a covering over the top of the pan that the food was in so no bugs got in.

A loud noise was heard and water splashed from the edges of the lake. Aizel plunged head first into the deep pond, clothes laying neatly folded on the shore. She came out onto the surface again and proceeded in rinsing the dirt that had caked her hair and face. The last few days had been quite hard for the group (Is that okay?). They had no idea how long they had left and felt like their untimely end was near.

As she came out of the water, hair dripping wet and dresses herself, she sighed. It was simply frustrating that she couldn't do anything about this 'curse' that had fallen over them all...

She spotted Cassandra in the middle of the camp, makng breakfast on the looming fire and approached her.
"Hey, Cass" she mumbled inudibly, a ghost of a smile passing her lips. At least she had people who could she share the burden with...

Jasper wished that he had a normal life. Everything was so tiring, being a shapeshifter and all. He used to be so irresponsible and now, Jasper had changed. Life was tough and so is everything else.

Cassandra turned, and smiled back. She could only hear Aizel come over. "Hi, Aizel," she said, looking back into the flames. Breakfast still wasn't done.

Jasper saw Cassandra cooking breakfast. It smelled delicious, he hadn't eaten in days! Hunting might've worked, but he was terrible at it.

"Hey Cassandra." Jasper said. He was tired, but not as much as last night.

Waving a 'hello'to Cassandra, she walked over to the warm fire and sat down next to it putting her hands near the flames. The reezing morning December(?) air blew past her, ruffling her coal black hair and making the flames flicker and almost die out. She trmebled slightly, due to her mist hair and the lack of coat on her back. It had been like this for what seemed like months. They were cold, didn't know what to do about the curse and everything was messed up.

She spotted Caliope nearby and waved for her to come over.
"Hey, Cal" she mumbled to the girl.

Teeth still clattering, Aizel glanced at the fire longingly. How she wished she was able to control fire, instead of the useless power of light that she'd been given. She frowned, looking up. There hadn't been a sunray in days and she had to admit that she felt ill and tired.

She sighed, looking at Jasper.
"You okay?" she quietly asked.

Caliope sighed.She had no friends,sure they were nice to her but they werent her friends.

Aizel lookat at Caliope and scooted closer to her.
"Hey, you cold?" she asked and a ghost of s mile passed across her lips. "You seem that way." she mumbled, taking the blanket that she'd wrapped herself with and tossing her over to the girl.

She glanced sideways at Jasper in his wolf form and blinked once, twice.
"you won't prevent getting cold by turning into a wolf ya know.." she stated and nonchalantly looked back to the fire.

"Becuase not everyone has snow powers like y-you." she shivered, teeth clattering together. "It's minus 100 degrees out here!" she grunted and sulked.

"See? Cold! Everything is freezing cold." she said as-a-matter-of-factly. She huddled into her thick jacket that sadly only warmed her a little bit.

Aizel let out a small surprised squeak.
"H-how'd you... nevermind... Thanks.. I guess." she mumbled incoherently and relaxed for a while. "You're strange, y'know that? We might be freaks, that's true, but you stand out the most. IT's the dark look maybe or the bangs.. I don't know..." she admitted.
