"Welcome, welcome." Lord Death greets you. You walk into the DWMA, confused about what to do. You know what the DWMA is, but who will be you partner? Your face burns as Lord Death makes a comment about how you seem too nervous.

"Welcome to Death Weapon Meister Academy, more commonly known as the DWMA. It stands as a defense against the forces of evil, which would plunge the world into chaos and drag humanity into the very depths of fear and madness. The demons known as Kishin, and their eternal hunger for destruction. To ensure that the Kishin never regain their hold on this world, this Academy was founded by the Grim Reaper, Death himself, or me! So basically we're an organization that serves to protect and preserve peace! I guess it's not exactly a typical school. Oh well, that isn't important! For now, lets roll up our sleeves and get to work!" The Grim Reaper says. "Since we have beat the Kishin, there is not much to do, but we have heard rumors of Medusa running around and causing trouble..." he trails off.

Soul Eater is an anime about a school called the DWMA built for preserving the peace in the world. There are Meisters, who are partners and fight with weapons, people who can change into weapons. In Soul Eater there are once human creatures called Kishins who used to be humans but ate human souls. If your weapon partner eats 99 Kishin souls and 1 witch soul, they will become death scythes, weapons that work for Lord Death.

Crona's adorable, so he's my favorite character.
But he's tied with Kid, because of his annoying obsession with symmetry.
I also like Maka, maybe because she's so sweet with Crona.

I thought Crona was a girl? In the dubbed they got it wrong and called her 'he'. But then I looked it up and it said that she was a girl.
