"No... I wasnt..." Laura had a completly bewildered and confused look on her face. She pulled her arm away from the girl, and laughed stifly. "Like I said, I have been here for around a month. Probably was on a longer mission, or something..." She thought hard, and sighed. She had no idea what the heck this girl was talking about. "Look kid, I have no clue who this 'Dante' is."

"You're really weird, lady! I thought EVERYBODY was called here when Karmin ran away! Are you sure you aren't a spy? You better tell me 'cause I wanna know!" Rhara gripped Laura's arm tighter, threatening not to let go until Laura explained something to her. She probably wanted her whole life's story or something.

I was originally thinking of reading everything and then joining in but i got really busy with school lately. I still want to slip into the story, its very interesting. I would just like to ask you to give me a short explanation of what has happened so far, if that's not a problem?

It's alright, i just need to get a hang of what's happening. I have read some of it so that will help. If you don't have time or can't be bothered with explaining that's fine too, i can ask someone else. I would get Jupiter to do this when she comes back any way i just thought i would be able to join in sooner if someone else was willing to help.

Unfortunately, even if you were to explain it to me now i would post in a few hours since i have to study now.

@iceyfira Maybe... Dante and Karmin are two pretty important people. She might not know Dante, though Karmin was kind of the owner of the whole place, lol.

"Wait..." the girl seemed dumfounded. "You really don't know...?" She asked quietly, letting go of Laura's arm. "Whoa, you ARE really weird. What's your name? Do you have any pets? How many times have you held a gun?" Rhara spoke quickly, finishing with a gun firing motion with her fingers.

She laughed at that one. "About... I dunno a lot?" She thought again of why she was even telling this child everything. "I have about 20 different guns on me right now, sooo..." She nerveously laughed, and pulled out a favorite, delicatly with her claws. "This is one of my favorite, a S.A. Skirmish."

"OH WHOA..." Rhara's eyes widened as she stared at the gun. "Can... Can I touch it...?" She asked, mesmerized by the shiny but deadly weapon Luara held.

"Sure." Laura handed it to the girl, and pulled out another from her belt. It was a Screaming Eagle .50, a rare and painful weapon. She started examining it, and hissed in annoyance when she saw a scratch on its side.

The girl slid Dante a picture that had a younger version of him and her when she appeared to be 7 or 8. "She that women in the back ground?" She asked, "That's Karmin, right before she tried to put a gun to my head and you pushed her out of the way, and pushed me off that bench." She looked down at her arm and smiled.

"Not good..." Dante said in a low voice as he examined the picture. "I've known her longer than I thought..." He remembered Karmin saying a lot of strange things that could have hinted towards that fact.

"Karmin isn't... related to me is she?" He asked, wondering why when or how the picture was taken. The person whom he couldn't see behind the camera intrigued him the most.

"Rhara?" Laura said, and laughed. "Shes righ. Ra ra ra for Rhara." Laura turned her heel, running up to her room. She unlocked the door, peering inside. "Mei? Klondke?" She whispered, and two balls of fluff hopped out from under her bed. She closed her door and locked it, and picked up the nearest ball of fur, Klondike. "How are my little bunnies?" She cooed, petting him on the head.

Karmin sat alone with Derek in her new office in the new HQ somewhere hidden from Dante and everyone else that she left behind. She was staring intently at a replica of the chess board in her last office.

"It's time to make a move, it's getting boring here." Karmin lifted her hand, ready to move some pieces into place.

(For those of you who haven't seen Karmin's strange "gameplay", when she moves her chess pieces, somebody usually dies. xD)

Klondike nuzzled her arm, as cute and harmless as ever. Mei hopped over to her foot, and started pawing at it. "What? You want to be hugged also?" Laura asked, and put Klondike down to grab Mei. Mei hissed, and recoiled at her touch. "Mei, Im not gonna hurt you, you stupid furball." Laura laughed, and reached for Mei again.

"No! Not all, though, the person behind the camera used to work here. They got killed on the job, Karmin even back then was still evil and you used to take care of me. Along with the person behind the camera." The girl looked down and a tear hit the floor, "What did she do to you after that?"

There was a lot of explaining afterward, but the girl didn't say her name, how she was related to Karmin, and the person who took the pictures identity. Though she did explain that she ran away, because Dante told her and didn't look back because she was afraid.

This was more confusing then ever. Dante didn't remember this girl at all. He didn't remember taking care of her. Was she lying? It didn't seem likely. Who was he before this? Did he ever even have his own life? And what about his sister?

Suddenly his phone went off, it was a text message. From Karmin.

"Knock knock, can I come in?"

Just then there was a knock on the door to the office. Dante quickly began to text Aizel:

"Karmin is in the building, make sure she doesn't find-"

Dante wasn't able to finish or even send the message before Karmin burst into the room. "How rude, you didn't answer the door?" She walked quickly up and grabbed Dante's arm, looking at the phone he was holding. Her mouth twitched into a smile. "What are you hiding, Dante?" She whispered.

(Plot twist! .3.)

The doctor rushed past her in what seemed like hurry, but Aizel didn't pay one ounce of attention to him until she heard the door closing. The man's fading footsteps soon disappeared, as did every trail of his previous presence... and Aizel found herself drowning in silence. It was painfully dull, the white room, sheets, walls, blankets...

...even Gene.

Aizel studied the deathly white plains of his cheeks, matted hair, bandaged chest. His skin, blending with the background with all it's whiteness. Once beautiful shining eyes now rested closed, sickly gray skin lining them below. His lips had lost all color, blindingly pale hands hung from the edge of his bed, as if broken. And the small dots of velvety red, specking the white blanket around him - a reminder of how close he stood from death... He was innocent, pure and untouched by evil and greed and yet forced to suffer because of someone's sins... And there she was, in the middle of this deafeningly quiet white room, looking at what loveliness Karmin had strived so hard to take away and in the end, had nearly succeeded in taking.

A sob racked her frame, tears slipping from moist black eyes again. Slowly, she broke down, allowing herself to tumble next to Gene and bury her head into his heaving chest. Tanned hands gripped his limp pale ones, holding onto dear life as she cried.

Dante didn't answer Karmin, he stared at her with hateful eyes. He despised every inch of the annoying murderous woman.

"Why do you have to be so difficult?" She asked, a fake frown on her face. It slowly twisted back into a smile. "You know, now that Gene is gone, I was hoping you'd come to my side after realizing how weak people are..." She examined her fingernails.

"So why did you come here?" Dante asked, knowing she was obviously here for something. He was extremely angered by her bringing up Gene.
