Is it normal to microwave Salsa? I asked my mom how long I should microwave this salsa and she looked at me like I crazzy!!! ;(

@dawnfur It was a snack for Spanish cultures to enjoy in the intense heat, it usually was spicy, but served cold. As to stimulate the scenes!

@dawnfur When the chips are hot and the salsa is cold it is perfection. 😊 Salsa is the best cold, month or so, I go to On The Border, and they serve it like that. Just right 😊

It's actually better at room temperature. How all the authentic Mexican places did it in Texas 😊 Not Tex-Mex but the authentic stuff you would get in Mexico.

I'm going to make fresh tortillas and salsa tomorrow. When I make them they are gobbled up so fast. I miss being able to pick that up freshly made when I lived in Texas 😃

@dawnfur If you mean the kind you buy in a jar and you have to refrigerate it after opening, then I don't find that weird. I sometimes do that because it tastes weird after being in the fridge for a few days. Heating it up for a few seconds makes it good again! 😊

Now I want chips and salsa...
