I saw a tablet that costed 2000$ and I was like O_O lol. I'm trying to stay cheap and simple 😋

I just use my iPad 😋

It's not exactly the best, but I just have to make do. >> I'd like something that responds better to touch, though. I tried (and failed) to draw on it with the extra stylus from my DS. D:

I'm not allowed to download/purchase a paint program, either. So I have to use deviantArt muro. XD

Wacom bamboo tablets come with Photoshop Elements 😊 Read the boxes they come in to see which one has which program 😊

@cubexline
o.e i think those tablets you saw that were $2000 were the high tech tablets which are the cintiqs by wacom ^^ they have a screen on it, like a second screen
o-o if not, it must have been the large intuos.
those are expensive.
the in expensive ones work just as well. .w. but please, use the tablet.

@cresentfeather :X why can't you just download gimp? it's free...

@crescentfeather

I know this is off-topic, but your status kinda offenses me, I'm chinese. I know their translations are crappy, but in chinese, "to have something stolen" is translated into "if you are stolen". :U

As to stay on topic, I think that the post before me confirms it, Wacom Tablets come in Photoshop, like I told you @cubexline .

EDIT: Just so everyone knows...tablets that are mega expensive and have a touch screen are referred as LCD tablets.

I can't draw digitally. Has to be by hand or I'm terrible at it. :c

@chibidarkness: Not all tablets are mega expensive, I know someone who got one around 30-40 bucks and he said it worked nice, but I think it said it was small though, I might get that one after I look into it maybe, not sure if I will go through with this and actually get one 😋

@chibidarkness I know. I'm Chinese, too. 😋

Even so, I find the picture rather amusing. I'm not implying that Chinese is the only language with bad translations. There are many poor translations in Spanish, Japanese, Korean, etc. I just happened to see that one.

@crescentfeather

True true, but chinese seem like, ESPECIALLY bad at translating. WHY CAN'T THEY HIRE GOOD PEOPLE LIKE US (me and you at least. XD). DX<

@cubexline

Oh well. I really think tablets are really up to the person. :>

I have been debating on getting one for some time now too. Wacom Bamboo tablets are pretty much the standard. You can get used ones on Ebay for a decent price. Just buy from only someone who has a return policy. CL is also another good site to look into. Just stay away from the risky stuff. Christmas is a really good time to find deals on them from me watching in years past.

I can draw most anything by hand except humans. I'm quite good as I was requested to help make animals and stuff for my daughters school. When they saw a few things I had drawn for my daughters book report. My son requests quite often for me to draw characters from his games he loves 😊

So would like to get one to start practicing on. Perhaps Christmas would be perfect timing.

Good luck in your decision!

BUY A TABLET! You won't regret it.

They are pretty awesome. I have the intuous from Wacom, which was expensive, but, worth it.

@cubexline

Only if you're really into digital drawing, if not it's a waste of money. My grandma got me one for christmas ^^ It's a bamboo wacom pen and touch & It's great! It's a really great brand, but it does glitch a lot.
