The recv() failed or "cannot display web page" error is caused by a network connection being closed while in the middle of loading something.

Normally this error means that a connection was initially established with the remote server (Facebook) but that connection was closed by the remote server before it finished downloading the data. This could be caused by trying to grab very large data, a slow network connection between that server and yours, a problem with the remote server being too overloaded or busy to finish the request, or a network problem that caused the remote server to drop the connection.

I'm unsure of how to actually fix this, but it sounds like a network/browser issue on either Facebook's end or your end.
