my faster computer keeps showing the BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH D: This is my slower one.
And then it reboots and almost all my stuff's gone.
And then it happens again and everything's back.
And it repeats.
Occasionally it'll show a whole bunch of random alerts to get me to buy protection, but I looked it up and it's fake because no one's ever heard of it. (Don't ask what it is, it hasn't happened in a about a week and I forgot, sorry)
Can anyone help me out...?
I might take a while to respond.

@univea If you have a virus protection installed have it scan your computer, just in case. What is the error that it gives when it BSODs? There are a number of problems that could be causing it to do that.

@whispers It's pretty new...
but it's happened several times, and then there'd be months in between.
@orderedchaos whenever I try to scan it, it freezes up and I have to restart it.

@univea That's a bad sign. Either something like your ram/harddrive is going bad or you've got a virus. I'd take it to a computer repair person. They will be able find out what is going wrong.

@univea o.o;; you have a dangerous virus or your harddrive is crashing. If it shows the blue screen, most likely it's harddrive crash but if it shows tons of fake virus protection, it's malware. So... You better take it to a computer repair shop.

@univea I've had this problem before. It's hard to do fix it because I'm not there next to you (if I was, I'd just fix it for you) and I can't explain it with words because my vocab sucks, so take it to a computer shop (well, a repair one because they specialize in repairing). They'll know how to deal with it 😊

Thanks everyone, i'll try but I'm busy all this week... my mom signed me up for Vacation Bible School. Mostly, it's actually just bouncy houses, crafts, and toilet paper. (don't ask. we had a WRAP COMPETITION.)

Back on topic...

@univea
.x. well... you're gonna have to.
if rebooting doesn't work you must bring it. they're gonna open up a screen or input a new malware protection
i had this problem several times and i never knew how to fix it :X if you ask them, they might show you.

@belilalas_25 I might go on Friday. I can miss it. The problem is convincing somone to take me, or otherwise have them take it.

@univea oNo;; but you have to explain to them the problem. well. convince your parents if they have time. and write a note explaining what happened and the problem. the computer repair person will read it and help you.
^^;; that's what i always do when i don't have time. my dad takes it to work and drops it off with my note 😸
