@thepells4 what does the fact that you're gifting have to do with being ignorant about whether this board will go south or not? o_O thats an illogical statement. i've been gifting too. has nothing to do with it.

i'm saying these types of boards draw lots of attention, and it draws in the really sleazy beggars, and i don't want EC to turn into Neo. this is /exactly/ how it started there.

Whoa, I can imagine how haywire it went if they banned it.. I dunno I never had a too good opinion about neo community ^^ But people on EC are awesome; and not only because of this thread 😊

I was gifted a Roo and Brohu so far, and I've gifted a Brownil, plus currently finding great homes for 2 Elges, a Ribbert, a Mo, an Eyleymo, a Kackii, a Baistay, and Colatay. 😸 I'm deciding on offers later and will decide well. 😋

I just like the way it makes you feel when you gift creatures and make other people happy who deserve them.

Just wanna say Neo used to be a lot like egg cave. Then it got popular and turned into a business. I started neo when I was 11 and I'm now 20. Just saying if egg cave survives it going to try to go down a similar path (unless Ian and us can stop it). Enjoy it while its here. 😊

I'd just like to inform you that this is a -GIFTING- board, so try finding a person who likes that type of critter and gift them, we aren't just putting our creatures UFA. Just saying, we want to gift to people who have been gifting, to people who really want it. Sneek the lot in their mail, makw it a surprise, not someone having 50 offers on their lot and selecting the beggar who said "Please please plz plz plz ill adopt and take good care none of mine have died yet."

@thepells4 *reads back* you're the one who butted into my conversation. i had no argument with anyone, and was just stating facts. you're arguing with me for arguments sake.
the nc mall boards had a board like this once, over the months it got so out of hand with beggars that TNT shut it down. i don't want that to happen here, so i'm trying to make sure it stays structured and doesn't get invaded by beggars.
