@midnightw182 has a sparrow. the sparrow is blue under the wing and it's sleeping all the time. she says that she thinks it fell of a tree!😱 so she needs help!

please make both of us happy and help her!oAo

i already told her to go to the vet, but we need more help!😱

I have some experiences with injured birds and i think this one will be Ok. Just i need advice: can i put something on her wound to heal it faster?
EDIT: its almost 8'o clock and our vet is not working anymore. We can only go tomorrow or to a Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, but i think they only taking dogs, cats and pets.

If you have an injured animal and want to help it take it to the vet! The vet will be able to not only tell you what is wrong but will be able to to tell you what you can do to help ease any pain/help the creature heal faster.

Make sure she has a shallow dish of water available to her.
& food like bird seed or berries if she is old enough to eat by herself . Also make sure she doesnt hurt her wing more by struggling to get away or flying

Yeah, i had many sparrows and turtledoves. But they were at realy bad condition. Many of them are still alive 😊

@midnightw182 Can you not go to another vet just as an emergency kind of thing? If it's not that urgent, then just wait until tomorrow 😊 Make sure it can still eat, drink and breathe properly - if it can't, then it surely is an emergency.

If you think it fell off a tree, do you have any evidence it fell off? You need to think about all the possibilities, then cross off the ones that are unlikely (I'm not a bird expert, so I'll think of something random... uh... it grew mould under its wing?) 😊

None of us are completely qualified bird experts/professionals, so your best bet is to go to the vet.

I think she fell from a tree cuz she can fly a little bit, but she dosent know to land on things. So i think she tried to land on tree and fell. She can drink and breathe, but i didnt try to give her a food. The food is next to her so if she want she can eat. I gtg, but i will keep telling you whats happening.

@midnightw182 Make sure to watch her every so often when you can, especially when they're completely outside with no barriers whatsoever (possibility of flying away or hunting and stuff like that) 😊

I think you guys should take it to the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine if you think it's serious. It won't matter that they only accept dogs, cats, and other pets.

We took it to the Faculty of veterinary medicine. She was fine but i wanted to make sure she's ok. On half way to there her condition get worse. She died in 8;33 Pm :'(

@midnightw182, i am so very sorry to hear you lost your dear birdie i know how much pain you feel. But brighten up, i know you could probably never replace her but at least you'll be able to get a new one 😃😃😃😃
