For the loners

It has always bothered me that the funnest games to play online rely on you knowing 100 to a 1000 people to play it well or complete something in the game. Why can't there be something for the loners to do? I am not the best at making friends or keeping friends. And I don't want friends(no offense to anyone here). I am not good with people and I am socially inept. And I don't like having a bunch of strangers on my list as friends either. I hate this game of pointless socialism lol.

Wow people no need to get mad. @siri is saying that it's hard if you cannot make friends easily and Egg Cave is primarily based on having friends that will help you out and to trade.

It's not hard to understand and makes plenty of sense. It is not pointless at all.

Thank you @nvr4evr1 for not overreacting. It's not like I have anything against people here or against making friends. I just wish I didn't have to rely on others to play.

And no, I am not looking for a new way to acquire eggs. But more like a different way to raise eggs independently.

I understand, completely. Most of the tine (omg I want one soooooooooo badly!) I throw myself into a society and get along with everyone. You could say I'm socially awesome. However, It wasn't always that way. In my old school, I used to be the girl who wandered around making flower charms. However, I made more friends next year,because the horrible rumors subsided. If you don't want friends, then just don't. If you want feeds, be active on the forums. Most of the tine, I get fed by people I don't even know. It's very easy, and you're almost absentmindedly fed.

@pendmxc Yes, I know. But I don't like forums. People are nuts on these things lol. And since I have a temper issue, I prefer not setting myself up for disaster. Like I said, I have no social skills. This is my problem.

It's fine if you don't like to be social - Online I'm one of the move social people I know. in r.l, If I'm thrown into a room without someone I know with about 5 other people I get panic attacks.

Up until the beginning of this year - I was so terrified of social gatherings, it was becoming a hassle. I'd make someone walk with me to a buffet to get food because I thought people would laugh at me, I thought everyone was talking back about me. If a boy looked at me and smiled with his friends, I'd think he was teasing me to them.

[Though, once in the mall boys oinked at me asking for candy when I was with my really, really pretty friend >-<]


Though, you should try to branch out a little, even if it's not a lot. As you are doing now [You said you don't like to post in forums, and yet you are, so you're branching out] That will help your social phobias [If that's what you have, Iunno.]

Since I have started to push myself out of my boundaries I've been doing things that may be small to others, but big to me - I can walk to the buffet on me own. I'm still nervous when I do it, and feel scared, but I can do it. So can you [:

And yes, I posted here in the forums and the first thing that happened was bad lol. So, this immediately makes me less likely to continue to post in the forums outside my own threads. No promises on that.

And yes, I do have a sort of social phobia. It's not sever, but it's there and bad enough to cause problems.

And I would like to think I can push these barriers down but after 12 years and even ending up in the mental hospital for it, I don't think I can.

I feel for you.. I have very few RL friends and I have big trusting/getting-along-with-people-I-don't-quite-know issues. I also thought about quitting this thing until I found few people who talked to me and stuff.. It's easy getting into this community after you make a few acquaintances 😊 I mostly stick to people with common interests and keep the distance from people who I don't agree with and stuff.

I also use both yarold's and Hydra, they are pretty useful 😊

@petpet55 Well, I haven't met anybody yet that I am completely on the level with. As for Hydra, the link given to me previously didn't work. Do you have one that will? As for yarold, I am still trying to figure the place out.
