Missing EC! (Missing trade lot? Missing Notifications?)

A little help please?

A few days ago I placed an offer on someones tradelot which included a rather substantial EC component.

Today when I checked while there's an older unanswered trade offer still there, the newer offer is 'missing' - there's no notification as to whether it was accepted/declined, and neither has the EC amount been returned to my account.

Can't have been traded though because the creature I had in the offer is still in my cove so am just wondering what might have happened to the EC?

The trade might of expired if the owner of a trade does not accept/decline/cancel it will automactically shut down with in 30 days

@chowchow2012 that's what I was wondering, but I'm certain it was within the past 30 days (especially given that the older trade offer is still there)...

I guess I'll go ahead and submit a error report then

@eggs say your problem here,

I dont know what happened, some offered 75k per Moxel for my Moxels, but nothing was shown only about 50k EC for all of them, There is a problem in the trade lots, I dont know what would have happened, and there is a real problem in the trade lots, I cant trade properly -_-

Well, mine is more of a bug, because when I offered my trade it was 50k ec and a suckerlop, and when I checked my cove, the suckerlop was missing. When my trade was declined, I didn't get my ec back, and I kept clearing the browser cache, and surprisingly, my money popped back.However, my suckerlop is nowhere to be seen 😱

@gatheringrosesinsnow It doesn't matter if you offered a day ago; if the trade lot is older than 30 days and has not accepted or declined a single offer, it will expire, no matter if everyone in EC had offered on it (poor person with the notifications 😋).

Also, when you send a ticket, it states that bugs and problems with your account cannot be reported (via ticket) and you must post about it in the Bugs & Problems section.

@eggs Do you know your Suckerlop's name? You may be able to find it by searching for it.

@julie If you had 2 Moxels and it was 75k per Moxel, then that person might've meant to put 150k but missed out the 1 therefore being 50k ._.

(I think somewhere, one of the mods said that if you offer EC and your offer gets declined, you don't get your EC back. Can't find the source though...)
