ASKING A BOY I LIKE OUT! HELP

Hi, I have been thinking for months about asking this guy out at school. He is so popular and sporty and smart!

I am just not confident enough. I was going to do it but then I backed out. I don't have the will power.
Please help.

I'd say just ask, but I know that's easier said then done... Back when I was your age (presume you're somewhere between 10 and 18, I'm bad at guessing ages), I had several crushes and always lacked the confidence to confess and looking back I might have actually had a good chance of getting accepted. I still regret never acting on any of them, cause now I'll never know...

My advice to you is don't make him jealous! Just don't, it doesn't work. Just ask him, the worst thing that he could say is no.

Have you ever talked to him before? Because if you've never talked to him and he has no idea who you are and you ask him out, he might be a little weirded out, y'know? But if you know him and you guys have talked then go for it. 😊 Don't be afraid. And if he says no, then it'll be okay.

I had this crush on a guy forever (2 years) and then I started to become friends with his best friend and he told me that the guy I like doesn't want a girlfriend right now. He's also a jerk too so that's another reason I'm getting over him. Sure it hurt a little but I'm okay. There are MILLIONS of guys out there. So if he rejects you don't worry, in the right timing the right guy for you will come along. 😊

The guy I'm trying to get over is older too. He just turned 18 and I'm 15... So right now it'd be awkward. But when I'm 18, he'll be 21. Not too bad right? My parents are 5 years apart, it's just weird when you're younger but doesn't matter when you get older.
