Depends on how long ago the last post was.
-Less than one day? No, there is still a good chance that someone could see it and post in it.

-More than a day? Go for it.

I would also suggest trying to post in the thread with a storage account (if you have one) saying something along the lines of "Still feeding, anyone else need feeds?" or something similar.
