How do I block someone???

A user has posted a trolling comment about the names of my cove. I would like to block this user but dont know how. can someone please help me?? Thanks.

@panda-chan Go to "My Stuff" then "Preferences". You'll see the place to block people there.

@panda-chan You and me both. >.< Trolls are the worst. Make sure to report it too. That way we can make sure they don't go trolling other people.
