Silence ~ A Literate Roleplay

Life was normal, cities were bustling with activity, the country was peaceful...

But one day, everything changed. The streets were empty, cars stopped in the streets. The clouds no longer moved, the sun in the sky, never changing. But warmth there was none and the animals disappeared along with all signs of life. The trees and grass stood still, no wind blew. No sounds could be heard, not even the sounds of babbling brooks, for all the water was still. Everywhere, there was silence.

No humans anywhere. But you, you were there, so why? Why were you still on earth, why had you not disappeared with everyone else?

There must be someone else, somewhere.

You looked around the empty city
Knowing naught of what happened
Like everything else, you were frozen on the spot
Not knowing what to do

It was strange hearing such a silent city
No noise, no cars, no people
Not even the tweet of a pigeon
You tried to scream
But the usual echo of your voice was silent
Just like the Silent City

I'm not going to tell you any more as I am trying to give the feeling of helplessness and frustration, haha. But I assure you a plot will unfold. Here's the form.
