I didn't get any notifications so I clicked the notification on the top right corner and I had notifications that never showed up in the right side of the page when I log on. It's been happening for a while now. I don't receive pings or anything at all.

@jennifer Send in a ticket to a mod, like @Ian and he will probably try to fix it. 😊

@jennifer All notifications pop up on any page you click on (within Egg Cave) 😉 But do you mean that you don't get any notifications, but when you click on the Notifications page, they all pop up? :s

Yeah. It just happened but since I posted this, only some are not showing up. I refresh the page and still nothing happens.

@jenniferYes, this seems to be a pesky bug! o: Were you on another page before the incident, or was this the very first page you went to when you logged in?
jennifer • 8 September 2012 at 2:42 PM
@pebblestar-nightclan I was on another page. I think it was my wall or a topic I was on. I've been on different pages when I log in. I actually don't log out when I exit. I have these bookmarks of the pages I like to visit. I always click on them to get on Egg Cave.

@jennifurIve been having that problem as well
Ian • 8 September 2012 at 2:53 PM
@jennifer @stellieIt sounds like the Notifications are going through, but aren't popping up on the right-hand side of the page. This can sometimes happen for two reasons:1. Your browser has cached the page you're viewing that doesn't have Notifications, so they don't pop up. To fix this, clear your browser's cache.2. You may have quickly clicked through a page where they actually *did* pop up, but clicked through to another page really quickly (missing them).3. You're using an older browser that doesn't support some of Egg Cave's unique features. For the best Egg Cave viewing experience, use Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.Let me know if you have any more questions. I hope that this helps.

Thank you Ian. I did not do any of the things, I always:1.refresh the page.2.do not miss them because I usually stay on the page for a long time.3.use Google Chrome.and I still miss a lot of notifications. Sorry, not getting notifications is driving me crazy.

@jenniferInteresting. Chrome normally plays friendly with our Notifications system.I believe that there was a formatting issue with some of our previous Notifications, which have been resolved, changed, and fixed. Let me know if this continues to happen. If it does, create another topic. For now, I think this issue should be resolved. Topic closed.
