@hedwig68 This article provides a rather concise guide on how to activate a Visa Gift Card with a Paypal account. You should make sure that a name and address is attached to the card upon purchase, however, since you would have some trouble activating it otherwise.

Egg Cave is looking into alternative/easier ways to purchase CC, so I hope this is of some help in the meantime.
