@jupiter_hollowAccepted ;D---BiC//~Claria listened to the other prisoners talk. She just slunk under her bed and listened. When they stopped, she started to grow bored. She began to tap a beat on the bars. It was to a song that made her feel close to home, Gypsy Biker*. It was the song her dad always played on the radio. The beat of it lifted her spirits.She was lost in the thought of home. How she might see it again. But then she realized what Lezlie had said earlier, that they were going to be used for war purposes. Tears had begun to stream down her eyes when she had finished tapping out the song. She laid in the so called "bed" and tried to sleep. It was useless to have hope.~*Gypsy Biker is a song by Bruce Springsteen. @dada_dragon just an oversized rat that she accidently stepped on in her wolf form.Sky settled down in her bed. Her arm had stopped bleeding and all that was left was a mark.

Lezlie looked sadly at the young girl. This was not her fault and she should not have to fight... She wished she could just let them all go... let them run away...But it would be worse for them if she did. She remembered all the children who had tried to escape... every single face... they had made sure that the survivors, those who had not tried to escape, would remember every detail...This girl reminded her of one of them who'd been convinced to join in on an escape with promises of getting to see her mother again. When she had died... it was the worst of all of them to watch...@whispers

Claria could tell that Lezlie didn't like what she had to do. She could tell that she wanted to let us all go. But that would just bring us all to one fate. She let out a sigh and sat up in her "bed". She let a tail grow on her. And she slowed took the form of her panther. She began to claw at the sheets on the bed. Surely, the owner of these wouldn't be happy. But why should she care?The other prisoners were half out of it. Not making a noise. Not even a freaking cricket made noise. This silence was a bit disturbing. It seems unnatural. Claria thought these people would have begun talking to each other. But it wasn't happening to her surprise.

The screech made her jump. Her fur stood on end and her back arched. She glared in the direction of Sky's cell. She hissed in the direction of her. She was tired and annoyed.

Lezlie rolled her eyes. Sure they were new, but...Oh well. She figured she would let them be for now. When training started, there would be no time for regular annoyances. She missed those. At least they didn't involve countless laps and other exhausting tasks...@whispers@izzfred

An older-sounding girl talked about a war, while a light tune was tapped out on some metal surface. He looked toward the source of the song, watching and listening. He couldn't put a name to it, although it did sound oddly familiar. The girl then crawled on top of her bed and lay still for a while, until a tail sprouted from her lower back. Cameron felt a cold pain in his chest.The animal sounds he had "imagined" hearing--those were all from shifters. Everyone here must have been like him.A harsh, screeching noise rung out from a nearby cell. It was met by a hiss from the he had been watching earlier, who appeared to be able to turn into some type of big cat.He'd always wondered if there were others like him, and here were his answers. There was a wolf, and a big cat, and an eagle--all fierce, predatory animals. He was merely a rabbit.Intending to stay as quiet as possible, Cameron sat up and crossed his legs, staring out at his fellow prisoners.

@silver_winged @dada_dragon @whispersSky turned back into her human form after purposly clawing a huge dent in the floor. She sat down on her bed thinking about what would happen to her. She was nervous about what would happen to her.

The faint smell of blood from the other girl's wound was still lingering in the air, setting her more animalistic senses on edge. She closed her eyes, sucking in a deep breath. It all started with a shallow burn in her heart, where every breath was rewarded by a lungful of acid. Through practice she had learned to transform faster, but the pain still surged through her, even now. Seconds later, with a feeling like her skin was being shrunk back into her body, Ami turned into her eagle form. She stretched her wings luxuriously, the amber and gold feathers glowing dully underneath the single lightbulb that adorned her cell. Not for the first time since waking up, she tried to slip past the cold steel bars, but to no avail. She sighed, switching back into her human form disgustedly.

Lezlie walked over to Ami's cell and leaned up against the wall next to it."They made the gaps narrower after one girl escaped... she was a pigeon, I think." No, she knew it was a pigeon. She had watched them take her and... no use thinking about that. If she did, the nightmares would come.@aerandria

She shrugged. "I don't know much about rats."she admitted. "But over the years, I've learned that these people don't mess around. If a rat got out, they'd get it before it reached the door. Besides..." she stretched. "I'm prone to eating the wild rats if I'm hungry enough, so I should hope that a rat kid would stay in their cage."She then realized how horrid that sounded."I'm sorry. I didn't mean how it to sound so awful... What I mean is that on days where there's no battles, they tend to feed us less so... well you learn not to be picky..." she sighed. She was only making it worse...@aerandria

@bunnyshadowThey are all in cages (except for Lezlie because she's been a "soldier" for so long and they know she won't try to escape) and are currently bemoaning their fates.Lezlie is trying to comfort them unsuccessfully.

Then... NOMNOMNOM 😉~~~Camilla patiently sat in the center of the cell, her legs crossed in front of her, while her left hand was on the cold ground, holding most of her weight. She tapped the ground boredly with her right forefinger, before stopping and looking at the chipped nail Polish. With a sigh, she brushed invisible dust from her shirt, then returned to tapping the ground, no tune in mind.

Lezlie felt so hopeless. This happened every time there were new children brought in and it never got easier. Each time, she had to deal with this heartbreak..."It will be alright, okay?" @dada_dragonSky looked up. Her eyes were clouded with tears. She wished it would be alright. Nevermind, she thought. She was second-guessing what her time would be like here. She didn't want to die on the battlefield but there was the chance she would make new friends.

Chasity awoke to bars and other people talking. "Jail." She said, which by the looks of it was where she was. "No, this isn't jail." As she saw people out of cells patrolling the halls in uniforms that weren't police used.In a blink of an eye the girl had turned into a snake and sliver out of the bars, and slithered into the shadows, blending in with the surroundings. Chasity didn't want to use her fangs, but if needed she would.@whispers@jupiter_hollow@aerandria

The slam of doors interrupted the murmurs of the prisoners. A tall and muscular man stepped in. A whip was in his hand. And a long scar went across his cheek. "I am Roa. Your commander. You must listen to every word I say, and you must follow." He then snickered. "Any disobedience will lead to many punishments." He lingered on the S.Claria was silent. She knew what the punishments were; death. On an electric chair. She stayed silent and watched Roa walk down the hall. And he walked back. He took one last look over his shoulder before he left. "Capish?"

@dada_dragon @whispersAs Roa passed her cell Sky sat in the dark underneath her bed so all you could see was her eyes glowing. She was shaking with fear.
