I know simple refreshing. Click the refresh button or click the address three times and press enter. I came across the word,"Hard Refresh" and sis not know what it meant or even how to hard refresh. If someone can help me, it would be greatly appreciated.

@jennifer A hard refresh happens when you hit f5. It's just like a normal refresh but it also reloads images on a page. So if you have images that aren't loading correctly, like travels not showing up, if you hit f5 it will reload those images and fix the problem.

@jennifer @orderedchaos

I'm pretty sure a hard refresh is Ctrl + F5, since just F5 is a normal refresh. Ctrl + F5 bypasses the browser cache. That's why it helps travels show up, because it's overriding the previous image cache.

@sunshinecat @orderedchaos To refresh a website normally, you hit the refresh button, or the F5 key, or press the command key for your operating system, such as the Apple key or the Control key, and the letter R. To hard refresh, the command or control key is held down while clicking on the refresh button or pressing F5. Alternatively, the user can hold down the shift key, the command/control key, and the letter R. A hard refresh will bypass any cached files and display the web page as it currently appears on the server. Hope you better understand.
