I need some help!!!

Hey everybody!

I have a question, some of my eggs are disappeard.

I don't know where they are. I didn't become a notice, that one of my eggs are dead.

So my question, it is possible, that anyone can steal them????

@Dawn People can't steal your eggs unless your account was hacked, or scammed. Do you remember the name/ID of your creatures?

It is possible that someone could have stolen them. They would have had to have hacked into your account though. I would recommend changing your password as soon as you can.
On the other hand, it could just be a glitch and the creatures did die, you just didn't get a notification. 😊



Can you give me the names of your creatures?

Since the creature isn't showing up in the Egg Cave database, it's likely that you are experiencing some sort of glitch

the problem is I don't know when it disappeared, and it was an eeriek.
The other are regulary from the cave.

@dawn The best course of action would be to send in a ticket about this incident. That way Ian can look through the database to try and see what happened.
