Is Cross-Site exchange allowed? Where you trade currency from on game, ex. EC, for an equal amount on another site?

OK, I was just checking because I see a lot of people doing it from Neopets, but I didn't see anything saying either way.

@tazcalbat Trading creatures for outside currency is strictly prohibited on the site. Any accounts caught doing so will face negative consequences as a result. The Terms of Service touches the topic, but it should probably be clarified a bit more.
