Hazel walked over to the various weapons, not knowing which one to pick, as she is skilled with all of them. She went with a mace and walked over to a foam dummy. She heaved the mace behind her and began her skillful mauling, as the other tributes watched her and became intimidated. She obviously knew what she was doing.

Laura looked around the training room, inspecting each weapon. Her eyes finally rested on metal finger claws, and she quickly snatched them up. She looked over at the poisons station, and walked over while strapping on the claws. "Hello." She murmered, and picked up a particularily dargerous looking vial of poisons with her claws, and opened it up. She glanced at the instructor, and watched him nod in approval. She poured a few drops onto each claw. "A deadly weapon for a deady girl..." she murmered, and set down the poisons.

Cally set down the throwing knives and picked up a Sword, smiling she quickly slashed the foam dummie and a gash was where the heart would have been, "Something worth fighting for...." She told herself remembering her little sister. And her older brother. "There worth fighting for" She said. She gave a thrust, and with that, its head was off, so was the metal pole that held the dummie together.

foxface wanders over to archery, she figures that that would be something she might actually use, after all, she will need food... she finds this all very depressing and hopes it will stop soon...

Laura walked up to a human-like target and flexed her fingers. She slashed its "face", and watched the poisons dissolve that plastic. She smiled evily, and slashed its neck. It sizzled, and the "head" slid off.

Laura glanced around, and felt as if she was being watched. "Good." She muttered, and sliced up the rest of the dummy. She flexed her fingers again, and the claws got longer. Sh swifly ran over to to poisons staton again, and grabbed the poison vial. She poured a bit more onto the claws, and picked up a large machete on the flor. She threw it up into the air, and with one slash, it clattered onto the floor.in peices.

Hazel didn't want to show the other tributes all of her tricks, so she quietly crawled over to a corner. Here, she sat down, eyes closed but fluttering. Her voice was inaudible, as she was talking quickly and quietly. A few tributes glimpsed at her and laughed, thinking she would be an easy kill.

The only time she looked up was when she heard the shrill call of a Game Maker's whistle.

Katniss: Grabs a bow and arrows. There are 3 bookbags. She grabs the one on the left. Then, runs to some woods.

foxface: after running a while into the woods, stops and clibls the higest tree she can find then looks for the cornicopia. she can just barely see it, a miniscule shape surronded by blood and fighting. opening her backpack she finds some water in a water bottle, that stuff used to purify water, a knife (serrated and sharp), some cord, a sleeping bag, a sheet, and some bread. not bad, she thinks but is bothered by the color. it is a vivid electric blue. i'll have to camoflauge it later she thinks and climbs down the tree to carry on, searching for signs of water...

Hazel darted in the direction of the Cornucopia, grabbing a few loose knives, a blowgun, and a mace on her way to the backpack. They were all very brightly colored, except for one, she grabbed a brownish green, relatively small pack and took off to the woods beyond, weapons in tow.

foxface: hears a rusltlin in the leaves, sprints up a tree just in time to see katniss run by, a short distance from where she had just been. takes a path that veers sharply away from katniss

As soon as she has crossed the threshold into the large mass of trees, she began heading east. In, no time at all she found a ditch/hole that she immediately utilized. She cleared out some brush and jumped down. It was a bit deeper than expected, but it was some protection. She began to empty her pack, inside, she found: 4 bottles of clean water, a magnifying glass, few storage bottles and iodine tablets. Looking in the smaller front pouch, she found a small vile containing an unknown subtance, and a scarce amount of bread. She had just settled in when he heard a rustling up above...

Laura was at the cornicopia, looking through the rest of the items. There werent many weapons she liked, like blow guns or knifes. "Yes..." she muttered, and picked up a pair of claws like the ones in the training area, and found a pack full of strange liquids. She grabbed them quickly, and took a slingshot with some daggrs for hunting. She ran off into the woods, with her prizes in tow.

Katniss: Runs up to a large tree and climbs all the way up to the top, where the leaves cover her. She opens up the pack to find:

Blanket
Ties
1/2 loaf of bread

foxface: it is getting dark. sneakily she moves from tree to tree for a while and then moves to the ground to find a new tree, far away from the person, to sleep in

Laura looked at the sky. It was a deep red and purple, so she knew it was time to get shelter. She checked some trees to find some where hollow inside. She slipped on her claws and climbed into one. It was very roomy, actually, and she wasnt bothered that she would have to sleep standing up. The hollows opening was a few feet above her head, so she was safe from anyone finding her. She smiled, and started to drift off to sleep.
