Hazel continued to hear the rustling, and she was prepared to kill. However, it left as soon as it had come. Evening was approaching, she was very tired, but knew she shouldn't sleep through the night. She covered herself with brush and woke up about an hour later. She needed food and she needed it now. With her blowgun and poisoned darts at the ready, she set off. It was pitch black out, but she has eyes like a bat. While walking, she cam upon a hollow tree. She knew that squirrels liked to build nests in trees of this sort. So she prepared to look inside. @iceyfira

Laura opened her eyes a bit, her light sleep broken. She pulled her clawed hands out of the bark and got ready to slash whoever was there. "Or..." she thought. She quickly slashed oped the bark, and ran in a zig-zagged line through the trees.

Knowing better, she stopped herself. She could smell it. The very poison that killed everyone she had loved. The aroma was so strong around this tree, a poison so rare, so unmistakeably distinguishable. She circled the tree, only to find a gaping hole in the bark. She looked up and saw someone darting off, not that far away. Stealthily, not making a sound she followed. She had no problem killing. For, she knew she was always faster than the prey.

Laura was running fast ad hard. Her breathing labored, and she stopped for a minute to rest. She took a quick glance behind her, and started scaling up the tree nearest her. She leapt onto the nearest branch, and jumped onto the next tree, scaling bit by bit each jump.

Hazel could have gone on for ages, but what made her stop was that she lost sight of her victim. She knew the only place the prey could have escaped to was up or down. Well, since there was no hole in the ground, she scanned the trees. Unable to see much, she felt a chill of fear spread through her. Who was watching her right now? She couldn't afford to run back to her ditch, and risk being followed. She would not rest until her target was terminated. That was when she saw it, high up out of the trees, a dark silhouette of a human being. She loaded her blow gun and aimed at the figure. She blew with all of her might and there was a loud shriek as the person fell to the ground with a thud and began writhing like a snake and foaming at the mouth. Painfully deteriorating.

@ribbleytibbles_side How about that be a shadow-beast thng? Like they were replicas of people, but not really people? XP I just thought of that...

Laura was high up in the trees, far away from her opponent.

Katniss: Katniss climbs down from the tress. She tinks to herself that the water she found won't last her many days. So, she heads off farther into the woods to find water. Maybe even some sticks to start a distraction fire.

foxface: wakes with a jolt. almost falls out of the tree. it takes her a while to figure out where she is. when she comes to her sences she finds that she is extremely hungry and thirsty. she has one piece of bread and a couple sips of water. dismayed, she finds that half the bottle is gone from her "couple sips" after mastering moving through the trees without making noise she starts searching for water, not touching the ground.

Hazel stayed awake all night. She needed to kill someone. Or at least take someone hostage and steal their supplies. She climbed out of her ditch at the crack of dawn and got to work. She walked about a mile away from her ''camp'', staying on her toes with her blowgun, loaded with a lethal dart. She cleared a spot on the forest floor, about a foot in diameter and put a few dried leaves in the center. She hen dug around in her pack until she pulled out her magnifying glass. Her infininte source of fire. She caught a ray of sun through the thick canopy and created a heavy smoke on the leaves, not quite becoming a flame. Then, she ran behind a nighlock bush not 10 yards away and waited for her victim, knowing fire would attract them. All she had to do was wait.

Laura was startled whenna dart hit the tree near her, and some creature fell to the ground, literaly disintigrating. She smiled, and jumped down to inspect the creature.

Hazel had just hit an animal, testing her gun. When she saw someone jump down from the same vicinity. She reloaded and hit whoever it was, and they fell to the ground. As Hazel arose to see who she had shot, she heard the sound of the cannon.

Well, just think about it... You JUST saw me kill something, and you jumped straight into my path of fire. And if I'd already blown the dart, you wouldn't have time to react, so I mean.... If you wanna redo it, but that's how I saw it happening

But she jumped down afternshe saw the creature, but was a far way from it. She was starting to walk towards it, so that means she was a good 90 feet away, since the thing you killed was 20 yrds. away from her, and them your character moved about 10 yards away...

after searching for almost all day foxface finally found water. she drained her water bottle, refilled it with the new water and but a tablet in it. she then hastily coated her bag in mud and scurried back up the tree to finish her camoflauge.
