What is this?! O.O

So I have a PM thing with @retsmah...
But when I look at it, there is no pic of their feat. (Just a white box with a red X in it..?) AND, no username, just the grey person thingy. And when I click on the person, it tells me that the page I want to see isn't there/can't be displayed. AND when I search the username, there aren't any results....
