Hi everyone!

So, it seems like this NHL season will be cancelled. ☹️

That means that I will soon be going through some serious hockey-watching withdrawal.

Can we at least talk about it? I need it in my life!!!!!

Anyway, I'm a Washington Capitals fan! And outside of the NHL, I also cheer for SKA Saint Petersburg in the KHL.

@solaris I don't consider myself a diehard fan of hockey, but I do always watch it with my family. I am a Washington Capitals fans as well and have two Ovechkin shirts. Gotta love that Russian. 😃

Yay! Another Cap! *high fives* I love Ovechkin too! My room at my parent's house is covered in posters. 😋 I even have an Ovechkin action figure!

It would have been a difficult season for me anyway. I recently moved out of my parents' house and don't have enough money to pay for the Centre Ice package. So, I wouldn't have been able to watch every game like I used to.

It's funny, but every year my father buys my mother that centre ice package as an anniversary present. 😋

I hope you're right though. Although I'm preparing myself mentally for the loss of the whole season.

The Canucks are great! I'm a fan of Luongo and the Sedins. But, since I live in the east, west coast games always air too late so I hardly ever get to see them play.

I'm not too concerned about the outcome of hockey to be honest, though it would feel weird to not be cheering for a team.
