I had this idea a while ago, and Ian seemed to like it but never implicated it.He said in the ticket; This is actually a really good idea. I am definitely writing this one down. If this does happen, it will happen within the next 6-9 months. Thanks for your patience.Best,IanWell - My idea is that online you'd purchase a plushie of the eggs through their evolution[s]. Somewhere with said plushie is an "activation code" that would give you that creature egg.[No matter what stage you'd buy, it would end up being an egg.] Online. And, the rarer the egg the more expensive it would be.[THESE NUMBERS ARE EXAMPLES, I REPEAT, EXAMPLES]Onny = $35 Tine - $25/30etc etc And the common eggs - $5 This way the site makes a //lot// more money, you get a creature of your own, and it helps the population from going extinct. And it shouldn't hurt the rareness a lot, since the Onnies would cost //a lot//Just wanted to throw that out there. Because I would love some fluffy eggs/creatures o3oSide theory -All plushies are the same price, about $20, and instead of an activation code for a creature - You got 500 CC. So the site makes $15 profit

well i wouldn't pay 75 for a onny but i like it i would LOVE a cute obarn doll X3
evolutary • 23 July 2011 at 12:29 AM
That would cost a lot xD Yeah, it is a good idea, and by the way (off topic) are Flarens becoming the new Tines?π
Deleted • 23 July 2011 at 12:31 AM
@carnatateThat's the point c:They cost a lot so they'd still be super rare, but if people worked hard enough they could still get them ;DAnd I'd want either a flaren or first stage tasma x33

I like the idea of plushie creatures, but 75 bucks for a toy is ridiculous no matter what it gives you. It cost only like five dollars to get an Onny when they were available. Also Ian already said he has no plans to re-release retired creatures. Maybe they could give other things, like travels or free CC, but I don't know of many people who would pay that much just to get an egg.
carnatate • 23 July 2011 at 12:33 AM
yes but i could make a plushie for less im not dying for a onny i would get the tine just for the tine plushie X3

I'm just posted the same price range as I did in the ticket xDThey are just examples XDDD//Edited//I edited people, those were just examples
carnatate • 23 July 2011 at 12:36 AM

I'd have a hoard in my room. Even if they just made plushies to be plushies. I'd still get them like I did pokemon XD
trish • 23 July 2011 at 12:38 AM
But think of the places where they would go.Claire's: They wouldn't add that.Walgreens: SAY WHA? XDWalmart: Hmm.....Toys R Us (XD): π

Online store~
jaclynmarie15 • 23 July 2011 at 12:40 AM
@victoria_the_wolfThat is a good idea, but its absolutely absurd to pay almost $80 for a "beanie baby". Especially with everything in real life getting more expensive. π I really do like the idea, but itd have to be affordable to make it worthwhile. At least I think so, sorry. :/

OTLExamples. Those numbers are examplesJust to show you a difference between commons vs rares
icymuffin • 23 July 2011 at 12:45 AM
Where in the world would the plushies come from...?*plush Doovoo falls from the sky & lands in my lap* xD
Deleted • 23 July 2011 at 12:47 AM
I've edited the examples people. They're NOT a set number.@icymuffinIan would have like, a eggcave store, you'd buy the plushie, they'd sent it, it has activation code in the wrapper, bada bing bada boom - You have an egg online.
icymuffin • 23 July 2011 at 12:50 AM
*headdesk*I get that part, but who makes the actual plushie? Do companies let you design/order them? xD
Deleted • 23 July 2011 at 12:50 AM
@victoria_the_wolf@IanThey should be like Pokedolls! ^__^
Deleted • 23 July 2011 at 12:51 AM
@icymuffinI thought you were asking if they'd come from walmart or target or something xD //As above//I don't know xD I think so. But I'm sure Ian has some site-y friends to help, since he liked the idea in the first place@pwuffyI have like, a million pokedolls >3<

trish • 23 July 2011 at 12:58 AM
I'd love a Shaibun plushie. OwO But alas, we're not as big as Neopets, and Neopets had plushies, and that didn't go so well.......
Deleted • 23 July 2011 at 12:58 AM
Oh and my last stage Grubbug! XD
ladybugheart • 23 July 2011 at 12:59 AM
I think there should be an Egg Cave store. π Maybe the plushies can be for the Cash Shop Monthlies?
Deleted • 23 July 2011 at 12:59 AM
What happened? o3o //Doesn't have a neopets//
Deleted • 23 July 2011 at 1:01 AM
Last one, all Blobbart evolutions. ^o^ I'm done. XD
evolutary • 23 July 2011 at 1:05 AM
A good idea would be that the creatures activated by a code would have a lower chance of dying, or not die at all if on low happiness.
icymuffin • 23 July 2011 at 1:06 AM
A Sparktail & Floicol = β€οΈ{And Nipha, and Krah, and Balrog, and Foo...}π

@icymuffin ROFLROFL@evolutaryBut, after you activate them there just like any egg o3o?Butitwouldsuckifyoupaid35anditdiesroflrofl
shelby • 23 July 2011 at 1:45 AM
I remember talking to you about this idea, and I still love it.I would also love having some eggcave creature plushies. I know I would want to collect them all. But another good idea that *could* happen with this is;*If Ian gets enough money from this, he could sell them from retail stores.*If it does get to retail stores, it will create more advertisement for EggCave.*If there is a lot more advertisement for EggCave, EggCave will grow, and that will be very good in the long run.Feel free to use that xD
candy_girl_1298 • 23 July 2011 at 1:56 AM
this is a great idea, but i think there should be only common creatures and new ones that are plushie only, or else it would take the rarity out of someπ or maybe you can buy the plushies but once the creature retires the code doesnt work anymoreπ
