Orderedchaos made chaos. XD (moving topic bug)

In Games, and Welcomes, It shows double topics. Orderedchaos moved it from Welcomes to games, but it's still there, like a duplication glitch. please fix this~

@blueclaw This is a known issue. There isn't actually two topics, just the one. If you actually go to the Welcomes section the topic isn't there. It just still shows up as the most recently posted in that section, because technically it is.
