"I don't care who the healer is." Storm said simply, mirroring Sammy's glare, "I'll eat--or not eat--what I want." Storm had a stubborn glint in her eye, and she chuckled roughly, coughing up blood.

"Storm," Jacob said softly, "Eat them."

"Fine!" I glare at Storm and turn and leave her to die in my den. "Die for all I care. Let me take you shifting ability while I'm at it too!"

"Sammy," Jacob smirked, "She's messing with your head. Don't let her bother you. Oh, and if you want my respect, and if you want to live, you'll help Storm."

Storm watched with sad eyes as Sammy left. Storm was going to die. Alone. In someone else's room. Without saying goodbye to Jacob or Aoife. She let out a shaky breath as she felt her heart beat begin to slow. She weakly grabbed the seeds and ate them as fast as she could.

"Where's Storm?" Aoife said, terrified as she entered camp.

"In my den probally taking her medcine or dying." I reply giong to my den "Oh and stay out of here." I say closing the door and locking it. "Storm did you eat them?" I ask her.

"Oh no. Nobody's shutting me of ffrom my sister. Not when she's dying." Aoife snarled, and broke down the door.

"I ate them." Storm said quietly, a melancholy feeling overtaking her. "Am I going to die, Sammy?"

"Aofie get out now!" I hiss turning to her. "No Storm you will be fine soon." I reply shoving Aofie out. "Like I told Jacob i can give you to Clockwork, take your shifting away or ban you from camp if you don't listen to me."

"Let her in!" Storm snarled suddenly, turning on Sammy. "You have no right to keep my sister from me." Storm's face contorted with anger.

"And let Jacob in too. I want to be with the people I love if I die."

Jacob gaped. "Storm, you're not dying." He said quietly. "Not while I'm around."

I tore through the sky, and roared once more. I was angry, and lost. Red Sky wasn't around. I was in a rage. I knocked down trees, and threw trees around me. I roared again in anger, then flew up into the sky yet again.

Storm coughed up more blood. "Well, in my condition, living is highly unlikely." she growled softly. Jacob just looked on sadly.

"Storm, who lived through Clockwork's abuse?" Aoife asked coldly. "Me." Storm replied quietly.

"Right. And who told me to never lose faith?"

"I did."

"Who never gave up, even when things got crazy?"

"Me."

"So who do you think could survive your wounds?"

"Me." Storm said, putting as much certainty as she could muster into the word.

"That's right, Storm. You can survive everything. So I'm not losing faith." Aoife said, looking at her sister proudly.

"You know what Sammy? I get to say who stays and who doesn't. I'M the one who's dying over here, so I get to decide who stays. I get to decide, because if I die, and these two aren't here, I will be so angry with you, it's not even funny. So why don't you stop trying to keep them away, and just freaking deal with it. I'm busy sitting like a duck on my freaking DEATHBED. I get to decide who's here, not you. Got it?" Storm snarled, and both Aoife and Jacob froze.

"Storm, it's fine, we'll leave." Jacob said, his voice soft.

"No, Storm is right, and we're staying." Aoife growled, holding Jacob by the collar of his shirt.

Looks: Jack has white hair, a somewhat strange occurrence that he's rather self conscious about. His eyes are turquoise. He has rather pale skin and a tall but slight and ungymnastic body build.

Crush: Nope, not right now anyways.
Animal looks:A Siberian that keeps the turqouise eyes. Otherwise, it's hard to tell Jack is in an animal form.

I landed softly. I morphed, and sat on a log near water. I looked into the the water. "What has become of me?" I say, looking at a cut I had running down my face. A tear ran down my face, into the crystal clear water. The water rippled, and then calmed. I wiped the excess tears from my face, and smashed my hand into a tree causing it to break.

"Tusami????" Are we almost there? I feel like something is hurting Sapphire Blade.." I said to Tusami.

"Fine." Storm coughed, "They need it more than me anyways."

"Aoife, we're leaving. Storm needs help, and we need to let her get it." Jacob growled, and yanked Aoife out of the room. Aoife didn't protest, and numbly left the room as Storm's eyes fluttered and closed again.

For the first time, Storm felt the pain. It was quite awful, but probably was worse than she thought, because she was a bit faint from blood-loss. She was so tired... it would be so much easier to just go to sleep.

'And never wake up!' Storm clawed at her thoughts like they were life rafts, hanging onto every single one like her life depended on it. Which it probably did.

Jack walked as slowly and carefully as he could across the ground, but his shoes still made an annoying crunch. He wouldn't have minded it so much if he had wanted to be found out by someone or something, which meant he'd either have to socialize or run, but that was the last thing he wanted to do at the moment. He took a deep breath, stopped, and concentrated, morphing slowly into a siberian tiger. He pushed a growl down his throat. That would not sound very polite if there was anything that could talk around.

Storm pushed the berries away quietly. "I don't go without a fight... especially when people I love are out there, counting on me." She murmured.

"She'll live, Aoife. I know it. Storm's strong." Jacob told Aoife, but he was trying to convince himself. Aoife nodded quietly. "I just got her back, and now I might lose her forever. You don't have to assure me of anything, Jacob. Because we don't know anything. All we can do is hope."

Jacob nodded.

"Do you love my sister?" Aoife asked Jacob lightly, trying to brighten the mood. "Very much." Jacob replied, and it was clear in the way he said it.

"Then treat her right, or I'll have your head." Aoife smirked, and wandered off to wait alone. Jacob gaped, and meandered after her, chuckling. "Was that a threat?" He asked.

"It was a promise."

Aoife jumped, whirling to see a large dragon in the middle of camp roaring loudl just a few feet behind her. "You alright?" She asked carefully.

Jacob jumped, and watched Aoife and the draagon quietly, not in the mood to talk.

"Well," Aoife smiled rackishly, gently ruffling the girl's hair. "How 'bout you and I go on a little search for Red Sky." Aoife's hair was even fluffier than before, and she looked almost like a wild animal. She loved helping people. It was her gift.

Aoife smiled as she remembered saying almost those exact words to Storm when she had wanted to find Tusami one day, and had rufled her hair in almost the same fashion. 'Sometimes,' Aoife thought warmly, '-soem people never change.'
