Can't get a Halloween LE even though I have more than 450!

My title was a bit long, sorry.

I just when on a hiatus and then I find out there is a plot and I feed lot's of peoples coves. Then I try to purchase I albet.
I doesn't work. ☹️
I don't understand. I have more seeds than I need to, to but it. ☹️

I moved most of my EC into my strongroom and I leave roughly 5k to pay for tims.
