@kagirl21 Its the level your in, Merit is sixth grade level and honors is seventh grade level, like some schools have HAL thats the program I'm in, so Im in 7th grade doing 9th grade math.

bluegirl80 I don't know what that is, but in my middle school we have teams that split us up into learning groups. @Thepells4 is on my team, BLUE TEAM. 😋 XD

@kagirl21 Okay okay everyone has different things but..... Middle School is really fun, dont let any of the older people make fun of you, dont look scared on the first day, they find a scared person that could be a target, some middle schoolers that are older then you are really nice, some rude.

@kagirl21 Take good notes and study before tests. I know that it sounds obvious, but it's very important. Especially in Social Studies, where you have to devour all of the dates and people and places in time for your test. It pays off when you see an A on your paper. 😉

@bluegirl80 Yeah. I guess our classes are basically the same. Last year I learned that the eighth graders in my math class are all actually as crazy and weird as us seventh graders. Math class was fun because my eighth grade classmates were hilarious XD

@redfire77 Yeah we have so many people ahead that they made a whole different class!LOL! There are two classes, BUT my class is the smarter class. 😃 Makes me happy.

tip~ it will start off a little bumpy assuming you cant find ur way around the school and have new teachers. its a lot different than elementary school, but once you get used to everything, its relly easy and you meet a lot of really cool people
