@aizle Yay!The voice boomed down in reply to Kei. "Are you sure you are willing to die in this battle, Earthling," it said. Amdis stroked Lenny and sat down. He couldn't believe it, he was about to be drafted into the army of an alien race thought to be extinct.

@pirateseaz Aizle? xD *pats Lenny's head*-Whereas in other situations the brunette girl always acted quickly and without thinking first, now Keira actually lacked a straight-forward answer. She stopped to think for a while, pondering on the desicion she had to lose and gain...There was her home planet, her family, her loved one... her life.Those were the things that she once had been taking for granted and that she felt herself missing so much now that she lacked them.The feeling of lonelines had been gradually sinking in from the moment of her arrival on this planet. Keira was fully aware that she was alone as she had never been before and everything else, including Earth, was now gone. Her family too.Unlike her casual sarcastic attitude, she acquired a sad look now, letting out a choked sigh.Glancing to her left, she looked at Amdis."I've got nothing to lose." her voice came out in a whisper and she drove her gaze back to the spaceship."I am ready and willing." she shouted back in determination, stepping righ in front of the ship.

@aizel"I want in too," Amdis shouted, casting a glance at Kei. The massive warship flew over top of them and a bright purple beam shone down upon them both. It began slowly lifting them off the ground."Not so fast," A voice said nearby. It was Zaralix. He brushed his suit and brandished his golden tipped cane. He threw the cane straight at the ship's engine, but it was stopped by a pulse blast from the ship. It rocketed back and made contact with Zaralix's shouler, tearing flesh and chipping bone. Zaralix let out a quiet grunt of pain and gripped his shoulder. He realized that it was a Zestian warship. "Oh no, I've got to warn Vargin," he said, pressing a button on an elaborate device that he war on his wrist, which caused him to vanish.

@pirateseaz-When the sudden light illuminated them, Kei lightly jumped back, but then stepped into the beam as well. At the sound of the voice, she rolled her eyes first, frowning at the advancing general. As expected, his attack was countered by the ship's massive pulsating power and he was hit.Still, despite his injuries, the alien didn't seem to shout, nor cry, but just let out a grunt."How powerful are these things!" Lei squeaked once she was on the ship. "Did you see him!? His shoulder was freaking coming off AND WHAT DID HE DO!" she stared at the wouned general wide-eyed, completely confused. "Is he even normal?" she questioned with a outraged face, then frown. "Don't answer that."The inside of the ship was completely different from their Earth space shuttle. Kei glanced around once she was done staring at Zaralix.

@aizelAmdis stared at the brutish creature controlling the ship and the several other operating numerous other controls. He watched as they zapped intelligence into creatures and beamed them up. Then they explained why the intelligence had be gifted to them. The creatures were usually so excited to be self aware, that they immediately joined the army. The ones who didn't were made into dumb animals again and tossed from the ship.

@pirateseaz-Kei stood for a while, watching the long and repetetive process that the Zestians seemed to keenly continue. She stepped up at one point, locating the head of the operation and approaching him rather warily."What's the plan? Simple attack or is there more to the pant/animal army?"

@aizelThe operator looked at Kei and sighed. "To tell the truth girl, we're probably no match for the Barjulas. We plan to collect the strongest creatures from the other four planet, maybe some more Earthling since we recently discovered that Vargin destroyed Earth and stranded you here. You see, Vargin is planning on taking over these five planets and using Zestia as his own planet, with the others as colony planets for his people and enslaved aliens from across the galaxy. We built this warship, although we have always been peaceful. We hope our intelligence will outway the brutality of the Barjulas."Amdis absorbed the information. "Perhaps this could be of help," he said, holding up the device scanner thingy. The Zestian's eyes widened. "That thing of of Barjulas design. It is most definitely useful."

@pirateseaz Comment? The one on your wall?-"You're awfully pessimistic for rebels..." Kei mumbled, looking at the substantial amount of creatures the zestians had already gathered. She recognized even some poisnonous plants from the type that attacked Amdis. Needless to say, all of them had a secret or not-so-secret weapon. she wondered why they were gathering so many recruits for their army, considering they were fighting against so few."The generals are only four..." she commented bleakly, inspecting the army members. "And we're many... Even though they're awfully strong and seem nearly indestructible, we can figure out their weaknesses!" she was speaking more to herself than to anybody else, but was sure the operator and Amdis could hear her just fine."Each one has a weakness. Each one can be detroyed by someothing." she thought for a moment, then glanced at the duo nearby. "Their own weapons. Zaralix was immune to the poison of a deadly plant but he didn't survive the blow of his own cane." she informed the main zestian.

@aizelWith a flash of light Zaralix was on the ship. His shoulder was seemingly unharmed, as was his suit. Although a fain mark of blood remained on his polished, golden cane tip. "You foolish creatures, I'd gladly kill you all myself, right now. However, Vargin just told me to warn you all of your impending doom. Zaralix pressed a button and he was gone. Amdis mischievously grinned, which earned him a blow from the operating Zestian. "This child is obviously in allegiance with the Barjulas." Amdis held up his device, rubbing his head. It had scanned Zaralix.

@pirateseaz-Everything happened in a flash, again and Keira was not fast enough to quicky comprehend anything. The zestian had already hit Amdis, she hadn't had time to prevent that, but she imediatelly jumped in the way when it happened."STOP IT!" she shrieked, holding up her hands in a restricting manner towards the zestian. "If he worked for the Berjulas I would be dead right now." she informed him, lightly narrowing her eyes. "He may r may not be a moody jerk at times... but he's trustworthy. I trust him, because he saved my life."

@aizel"Moody Jerk?" Amdis exclaimed. He nudged Kei aside and showed his scanner to the Zestian. It showed Zaralix, he was smiling. A little hologram video popped up.This is a prerecorded message, being that this belongs to me, Zaralix, this amazing little device is programmed to self destruct if it ever manages to scan me. Unfortunate for whoever does scan me, which I doubt anyone ever will. Anyways, self destruct sequence initiated.The enraged Zestian took the device and tossed it out the window. It exploded upon impact with the planet. "Whoops," Amdis said.

"I told you he was a moody jerk."The voice of Zaralix lightly sounded in her ears and she turned around just as Amdis flicked the device out the window.At this, she exploded in laughter. Despite the scarf over her mouth, her chuckles still echoed along the entire ship."I hate this planet." she chuckled absentmindedly, her laughter subsiding. "This gives 'we're screwed' a new meaning, doesn't it?"

We can biochemically you Earthling some useful powers if you'd like, and any other Earthlings we can find (@dv55555 and @hedwig68 😉)." Amdis playfully punched Kei on the arm and Lenny licked her face. "What's this?" Harmaxus said, grabbing Lenny. He pulled a small gun from his pocket and shot Lenny. Lenny blinked a few times and spoke. "Amdis?" Amdis rushed up to Lenny with excitement and placed him on his shoulder.

@pirateseaz Okay. ^^@dv55555@jupiter_hollowAlex was aboard the first ship she could get too, hopefully as far away from that general as possible. She didn't even notice the boy, she was too busy petting Bear and thinking. She thought over a survival plan, she needed to stay hidden, out of the way, but some home she knew that wasn't going to happen. She could hide all she wanted but the general would eventually find her, or she'd die naturally first, either way she was dead. She sighed, her and Bear would just have to avoid dying for as long as possible, its the only way things could be.

They were taking off from Varnia. She frowned, having not realized it yet. God, she was always the last one to know.

She wondered how close they were to Hybria, hopefully close, she didn't want to be stuck in the ship much longer. She'd already spent enough time in a ship to last a lifetime. It didn't help that she wasn't a fan of heights. Bear nudged her hand and seemed to try to bring Alex back to the real world, as she did, Alex spotted the boy. Her frown deepened.

@jupiter_hollowAmdis walked around the Zestian warship, his steel-toes boots making a sharp clink every time they made contact with the metal floor. The Zestian's were still beaming up creatures with new-found intelligence. A ship was coming in from Varnia ( @dv55555 and @hedwig68 That's you guys 😉). Harmaxus, the Zestian leader, reclined in his chair and continued to fly smoothly. A tire look crossed his old, somber face. "So, about the biogenetic engineering," he said. "Would you two earthlings be interested," he said, pointing in the direction of Amdis and Keira without even looking.

@pirateseaz-Upon hearing the mere mentioning of engineering, Keira bustled actively, whirling around to face the muscled giant with apprehension.She mentally recalled a school trip a few years back, on which she got to see the dilapitated results of genetical engineering. The idea of being a test subject didn't appeal to her so she recoiled in revulsion."Depends on whether you mean us being guinea pigs or not..."

@jupiter_hollow / @eytan / @aizelHarmaxus deeply inhaled and shot a cold glare at Kei. "We're one of the most intelligent alien races and managed to convince the entire universe we were extinct. I think we know what we're doing. Now the kind of genetic engineering I speak of had been achieved through years of our extensive underground studies. Abilities such as supersonic and nuclear powers, which we don't use due to the immense danger. We also found out how to make your body be able to combine certain elements to create fire and water out of thin air.
